I got a job making 75k, gross, a year at 21. I'm 25 now, and was saving for a home, and I'm completely priced out of phx now, where I've lived all my life. Missed the deadline by 3 or 4 years.
Hey! I love your content! We are looking for speakers that would want to be a part of our events in Utah, Las Vegas and Arizona. Would this be something you'd be open to hearing more about?
I wanted to add to your break down. In your example you say they take home about 75% (taxes im assuming). Don't forget health insurance, 401k, potential HSA contributions (less common), ect.
I make $97,806 gross but. Take home is closer to $5100 a mo. I’m in east Mesa and nothing is under 400k I’ve been saving and still can’t afford but at the same time rent is $3000 for the home I need. Born and raised in phoenix parents always rented (except during that 2005 where they got trapped in a bad loan and lost their home) didn’t start learning about buying until recently. Anyway I’m still hoping that I can push my budget to afford a new build this year.
Hey, how are you? I hope you are very well. Sir I have seen the videos of your RUclips channel, your video quality is very good and very helpful for the audience. But your channel There are some issues because of which your channel is not growing views and subscribers are not increasing

Thank you for breaking this down.
How about buying power for a doula income around 50k+ each and difference between a 2000 mortgage or just renting a house for 2000?
