Hi: thought I'd better comment after all the work you did to put this together. It's been a long time since I emigrated to Canada from Holland, but still love the Dutch food> Boerekool is one of my favourites, but I also make a really good nasi. Hutspot is something I remember my mother making, but I never tried it myself, so I'll do it now, after watching your video. Since I don't have any bacon right now, I've decided to make some Dutch meatballs. There are some really good Dutch stores close by, so I can get almost anything I would need from there.
