When i was young, my dad and I used to visit a Kanto-chicken station somewhere near Cogon public Market in Cagayan de Oro. I like the subtleness of the calamansi notes of the chicken. It adds a bit of a sourness that compliments and lets the savouriness of the chicken stand out.

Cguro kung ako mag tatayo ng fried chicken business pangalan ay "clear oil" fried chicken. Kasi kung halos pare parehas na kami ng lasa, ang kaibahan naman ng sakin, malinis ang gamit kong cooking oil, hindi nangingitim 😂
