I used to be a genji otp and sunk like 600 hours into the character but one day my settings just stopped working for me and it still really upsets me that I can’t enjoy the game the same way I used to. I 100% agree on not looking at settings videos. I hope this video helps me and others find my their own settings. Good video 👍🏾
You saved my aim 😤🙏🏽 You have new subscriber I’ve only played OW2 for a month Didn’t really play OW1 I’m climbing ranked easy now On PS5 I came up with… 75 Hori 60 Vert 100 50 0 10 20 Left stick 0.15 0.50 Right stick 0.03 1.00
@ well I’m still not where I wanna be but I’m hitting a lot more shots some future tweaking and aim training but this has been a big help in understanding the settings
Well id say when it comes to that keep your technique you always use but i would say that some heros acceleration needs to be slower and some faster. Like i mentioned in the video
bro it's been a week that I change my settings and each time I come back to your old settings now I will use these new settings and keep them permanently your reason on muscle memory I had neglected it and that is surely my problem
I have a question maybe you don't have an answer to that I have an elite controller and I can adjust the tension of my joystick I can make it more resistant or faster or average in your opinion which is better
I wish i could stay on overwatch because its no jokes my favorite fps game. The thing is i live in south africa and the ping is so bad that ruberbanding and lag is all i experience. I do still play the game but not as serious as i use too.
I use a pc but have medical conditions which restrict me to a controller most of the time. Does this vid apply to controller with no aim assist aka on pc? Any tips for controller no aim assist?
Unfortunately it doesnt, on pc because there's no aim assist its going to be much more difficult for you. I would recommend tho to try and use linear ramp that setting should still be an option its just going to be better for smaller movements. Also i dont know if you play tank dps or support but using characters like Rein and sigma might be the best tank picks. Torb, sym for dps and so on use heros with bigger projectiles its just going to be easier to for you in the long run on pc.
Also i really dont mean to be telling you what to do but if you're forced to play on controller id say try investing in a console if possible its simply going to save you a lot of frustration
I’ve never been more tilted for hit scan i use 25% window and 5% aim assist ease in and it works wonders but for projectile hero my aim feels so off I’m not sure why so I’m currently using 40% window and 40% aim assist ease in
Personally if you watch my older gameplay vids youll see i always use to flick with hanzo and well basically every projectile hero. But make sure with heros like hanzo you can also make small corrections same as widow just play around with the ease in youll find what works best.
@Crown_26 my settings are 100 100 100 85 90 40 40 realy low left deadzone likes your and 0.05 90 right deadzone linear ramp and copy their movement W with 20 sens on scoped heros
@@cameronbelindadesireeisrae7737 sounds like you at least found what works for you. If i feels comfortable then keep those and let me know if you improve in game with thm!
disagree. I tried getting into kbm when I got my PC but because I have been playing console for over 20 years there was no way I was going to get better at kbm than I am with controller. I was even better on controller on PC with no aim assist than with kbm.
@@jaakezzz_G Well that means you just have to gain more skill on kbm. Both kbm and controller are two different ways of playing so it would make sense that you'd struggle more on kbm compared to controller
We need a custom sensitivity ramp like Titanfall had. The 3 ramps they give are so awful...
I wish i could disagree but your right
linear is custom with aim ease in

Crown uploaded a new settings video....this is a sign for me to play ow again..
Lol yeah ive been playing it more lately i just wish the ping was better for me
Funny enough tweaking the settings from your last vid helped my aim on projectile hero’s like zen
Yo im glad to hear. It seems a lot of people trughle with projectile heros. Im glad you could figure it out tho
@ well I’m still not where I wanna be but I’m hitting a lot more shots some future tweaking and aim training but this has been a big help in understanding the settings
@@RogerRoger897 glad i could help dude
@ I’m glad you helped to lol
do you recommend having a different "aim in" and deadzone for heros with different aim techniques?
Well id say when it comes to that keep your technique you always use but i would say that some heros acceleration needs to be slower and some faster. Like i mentioned in the video

Yeah it really does effect you a lot on controller that was my problem too for the longest time
Bless your heart man I hate how much you gotta change for games now man😔
Its alright man i mean one day maybe in like 40 years or so there'll be server is South Africa 🤣🥲
I have a question maybe you don't have an answer to that I have an elite controller and I can adjust the tension of my joystick I can make it more resistant or faster or average in your opinion which is better
I honestly think thay the less tens the better. You dont want to fight to aim it should come naturally.
@@Crown_26 thanks bro and for the linear ramp parameters I tried a lot of parameters and I find that yours are the most consistent
Are you coming back to overwatch
I wish i could stay on overwatch because its no jokes my favorite fps game. The thing is i live in south africa and the ping is so bad that ruberbanding and lag is all i experience. I do still play the game but not as serious as i use too.
@Crown_26 Oh, I remember now. I wish the ping wasn't bad for you so you could play.
I do too man i do too.. it really suck not being able to play your favorite game because of where i live...

Yeah or people are on console. Id love to try m and k on overwatch, but pc is expensive
