    I have created this Slow & Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow to help combat muscle fatigue and mental tiredness. Together we gently stretch out the body releasing tight muscles - reducing aches and pains - and increasing energy through basic yoga asanas and pranayama (breath techniques) that help us let go of internal stress and anxiety.

    Nice practice for a day with a slight cold and a total feeling of tiredness in the AM - love the attention to the deep breathing and pelvic floor too.

    I slept well last night but still enjoyed this practice. I find the transition from waking up a crucial time to set the tone for the day, and focusing on the breath works a treat! Thanks for the thoughtful theme.
