And that makes him braver than any knight in Westeros.
You can only be brave when you are afraid.

In my opinion the most relatable character in the entire series, and super likable as well. He'll always be my favourite!

@@tazkannon7403 That's very true. Other than Cersei's \ Joffrey's contempt for him, he seemed to be well-liked and respected by basically everyone. A rare thing in the GoT universe, for sure.

Such an underrated character. He’s def in my top 3 favorite characters in GoT. I hope he ends up being the Hand of The King/Queen or the Adviser. Just please don’t kill him.

Davos is one of my top 3 favorite characters. He's just such a boss. He has had a sketchy past, making him flawed, but he's still one of the best people in Westeros. He's the guy who always tells people what is what. He's a great diplomat tbh, and a very kind person overall. I really hope he makes it.

Davos is one of the more human characters in a series of monsters
Yes! He has flaws and you can actually see his human traits like honesty, love, being scared yet brave. He seems like an actual guy you would see in real life like a dad or a close teacher, someone you look up to. And unlike a lot of "characters" on the show. He actually has personality!

Ser Devos was always one of my favorite character of GOT.
Liam Cunningham is so good.
I remember watching Hunger and he was only in it for a short while as a priest but that short while has stayed with me more than any part of that already exceptional film.
And the confrontation scene with the wooden stag and Red Woman . . . My God.
Through action,a man becomes a hero.
Through death,a hero becomes a legend.

Davos is one of the few purely good & selfless characters in GofTs. He was more of a father to Shireen than Stannis ever was, he was essentially Alfred to Jon's Batman, he was never interested in things like wealth & power but only wanted to provide a better life for his son, despite repeatedly stating how bad a fighter he was he never hesitates to draw his sword when he has to and he always put the well-being of others ahead of his own & ahead of any orders given as seen when he chose to defy Stannis in order to save Gendry. How can you not love the guy!!!
I swear Liam Cunningham should've been nominated for an Emmy or Golden Globe for his portrayal as Davos. I've long been a big fan of his work long before GofTs, just such a phenomenally talented actor👍😃👍

Oh Yas! I so wanted an edit about Davos cause I love him so much! As soon as I saw your post, I grinned... Thank you! I loved how you showed his loyalty and also his disillusionment when Stannis clearly wasn't the king he thought. I could feel his pain. But I feel as if he was speaking also to himself when he told Jon "You go on. Go fail again". I think one day I'll make a Jon and Davos vid ;)
