It was a split wire in the wiring harness in the inside of the passenger door (you can see it as soon as you open it). A quick solder solved the trick. I booked an auto electrician so cost me an hours labour
@jamessavarimuthu378 I got an auto electrician to have a look at it and he found there was some split wiring in the passenger door (in the gap where the door opens up near the hinge). So it was soldered back together and that fixed the issue

How did find the fault my roof stopped working in February

The fault could have been anywhere

The auto electrician knew there was a break in the wiring and knew the harness was in that gap. Otherwise I wouldn't have had a clue!
