This is a pivot, but if you like coconut, try this watermelon salad! Bite size chop of watermelon. Toss with unsweetened coconut, chopped mint and a light lemon (or lime?) dressing. So yum!! Perfect for summer and it takes less than 10 minutes

While I appreciate the mention of using a hand mixer, I wish more of these baking youtubers would show how to make cookies without a stand mixer. Most of us don't have one. I don't want to ruin my cookies if I don't know that I'm overmixing with a hand mixer.

Usually cookies can be made even by hand , u're not looking for a puffy texture, so try to threw ingredientes all togother in a bowl and mix them with your clean hands, this also is gonna help you to feel the texture and to recognize in the future when thay are ready... cooking is trying and learning don't be scared!

Sounds yummy! Have you ever made a bar with chocolate chips and a brown sugar meringue on top? We had it when I was a teenager and I always had trouble spreading the meringue without picking up the chips. They taste like more!

Hi. Please make video for butter cookie with icing tip. I tried so many recipes but my cookie becomes melted and flat. Even I keep them in refrigerator before bake.
@@naomilopez31 not sure if he has an updated recipe, but I used one of his older recipes and it tasted very floury. And the crumb was not great
@hikaru8158 I experience this flour taste when I first tried it but I added splashes of water while mixing it and it seemed to help out
