Nice and honest review thankyou! Just one question since you talk about it draining the battery life, how long can you play with the nitro deck? Or were you talking about it just draining battery life more when not playing it bc it randomly pops on? 😊
The play time seems comparable to the normal joy cons if you trying to play in one sitting, but yes it drains the battery faster while asleep than the joy cons
Interesting how long of a playtime do you get out of it? Battery length wise? And does it drain the battery in sleep mode? Even if it's also completely switched off?
Not sure the maximum but I would use it for a few hours and still have a decent amount of battery left, and the battery drain for me was bad if the switch was in sleep mode. If it was off I doubt it would be impacted by the nitro deck.
I hate the joycons, so many problems if they were good we wouldn’t need third party options and or keep replacing the thumbsticks. I use to have hori pads, but now I’m looking for joycons that connect to the console via usb c because the railing is wonky on mine and I would replace the railing but the screw is chipped so I gotta cop this or the retro flag. Funnnnn
Who? Nintendo and backwards compatibility? Not even a chance when they can just sell it right back to you. Nintendo used to be very forward thinking on their older systems. But lately, they have become very corporate and profit driven rather than customer driven.
Weird, mine doesnt drain that much at all
It's awesome that you mentioned the satisfye grips as an alternative. Coz I didn't want to buy more controllers
1000% love both grips I bought from them so I hope you also like them

Thanks for your honest review. Really don't think the nitro deck is for me. Maybe if they make a second version with all the faults fixed?
Oh yeah all they would have to do is make the sticks symmetrical and at the top like the steam deck and I’d buy another

Ignore this. RUclips watch later being stupid.
I chose Crystal Pink but Classic Grey looks great too -- that blurple-colored one looks terrible, though.
What even are you?
