@Darth Balls personally, it's not the taste that bothers me. Quality vegetable oil (used in food manufacturing) is bland - it's tasteless and odorless. It's the mouthfeel that's really disgusting to me. Literally the only reason why i taste it is because it's part of quality control.

It helps with heart disease, diabetes, and many other aliments. I drink a table spoon of it per day. It's much better than the chemically processed vegetable oil that is full of Omega 6 fatty acids.
