In alchemy this deck, this deck is so dumb I quit alchemy because you just see grixis crime every other deck. In standard rdw because you only need 10 rares to make it pop and be competitive.
I know there's been many broken decks in MTGs history, but since I started playing in 2020, I have to say Omnath Landfall in Zendikar Rising Standard, thing got banned in like a month.

Only 2 grenzos is a mistake. I just lost to grixis heist, because I could only answer their first 2 grenzos, the third got me. The treasures makes the cost not that steep, you can often start grenzoing turn 5 Btw I have the perfect solution to current alchemy, I just insta concede to lootmonger
I thought about going more Grenzo but didn’t know if I would need to up the lands 24 to 26. I actually laughed, I do the same thing usually. Turn 2 Lootmonger on the draw is usually GG. Sad state of affairs in Bo1
I hear you. Bo1 for standard and alchemy are both feeling kinda rough rn. 😓 I’m honestly unfamiliar with historic artisan, what’s going on with that tomorrow?
I agree completely. Like the mechanic itself is super fun and fine, but the execution via the enablers are crazy busted. Unfortunate, I was hoping they would emergency nerf Lootmonger :/
This deck is awful to play against if your a starting f2p player because you dont know what they take and they r reward for playing your cards and they very few ways to counter your card being used by your opponent

@@chillibalmer yeah, Bo1 is rough rn. Usually either standard or alchemy presents a better experience but they’re both dominated by these decks rn 😢

While I think Heist is a fun idea for a mechanic, the engine itself is way too good, they need to nerf Lootmonger asap, and Grenzo is just a mistake.

I agree unfortunately. It’s awful to play against no matter who you are tbh 🤣 I really wish they either never made the lootmonger or nerf it soon
