  • After trimming ,cleaning and an overnight dry brine. I marinated these beautiful lamb loin chops in rosemary ,olive oil, garlic ,preserved lemon and few spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper).
I used the SNS kit to reverse sear these loin chops on the Weber Kettle.the final result was tender ,juicy and flavorful lamb .
    enjoy 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I tried a boneless leg of lamb maybe 4 years ago. Cooked it medium rare and didn't like it so threw it in the oven and it was a bit better cooked medium well to well.

Try a lamb stew…you might like lamb afterward 💯💯

I would love to cook more lamb, but I just can't get over the after taste! If, I can find a recipe that takes that after away, I will surely give it a try.

I feel the same. I tried it once and don't think I like it medium rare.
