From Canada, Manitoba. Hi Sara and your colleagues. I wrote my NECLEX-RN yesterday and today I learned that I passed. I passed with the help of your wonderful videos. I can't thank you enough. I wish God gives a long healthy life so that many more aspiring health professionals can have the opportunity to learn from you. God bless! Can't find right words to express my gratitude.
Hello, Sara. I discovered your channel from my little brother currently in nursing school. I graduated in 2009 and took the NCLEX for the first time on April 30th this year and I passed because of you. Thank you so much for all that you do! God bless you!
Thank you SO MUCH for the very kind comment, Amanda :) I'm so happy to help you all out. I know the journey to becoming a nurse is a tough one, so I'm happy to help in any way I can.
Hi Sarah! I passed the Kenntnisseprüfung für Pflegefachkraft (German Nursing Exam). Your videos are a big big help to me! thank you so much! I've watched lots of videos of you and learned a lot from you. You are such a big blessing to me! I actually study a lot of disease and master it because of your video, then i translate everything into german, but then i never study about rheumatoid arthritis. A night before the exam day, i have no time to study anymore because of too much pressure and nervosity that i had, then i said to myself, i will just watch this video and explanation. Thank you very much for a very clear and complete explanation for this disease, this help me a lot. On the exam day, i feel like i am not ready, and i wish that the topic that i will pick in the exam is not rheumatoid arthritis or something that i didn't study, but on my surprise, what i picked is a case of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis! oh my!! But thanks to this video because i remember what you said in this video especially the pathophysiology, then i explained that in german to the doctors and other examiner in the room. This video has a big contribution why i passed the german nursing exam. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to you SARAH!
Just want yo to know:I only recently discovered this series. I am a nursing faculty and we are doing the "flipped classroom" which requires that students study the material before coming to class. In the class we do case studies and activities to digest the material and work with it. We assign readings, but often the text is "dense" and difficult to comprehend for a beginner. I am perpetually on a search for videos and lectures to deliver the content with audio ( they can listen in their car....). I think the material you present is well organized, professionally sound, delivered in a welcoming manner, and able to stand alone as a lecture even without the graphics. I ahve linked to as many of these as I can, for the courses I teach. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing my videos with your students, Joe! And for taking the time to leave me this comment. I'm so happy the videos can help your students. I hope you have a very Happy New Year :)
Sarah, you are amazing! I'm 1/2 way through nursing school, you have been a life saver! Every single lecture and exam I depend on you to help me decipher all this information. You are an angel such a blessing to so many!!!!
Hello po beautiful lady thank you for sharing all about RA.. It's me who suffered much for more than long years, no to walking far, can't stand long and kneeling.. No cure.. Yesss.. 😢😢😢
Excellent detailed, illustrated, professional clarity about the Root Cause of the RA. My Mother in law has reported this RA, I am looking for some more knowledge around to understand this, your lecture gave good insights. Thanks for this Amazing video. Just another token of appreciation. Your eyes are amazing.
Thank you so much for your video. Not a nursing student, but I suffer from RA and my doctor never explained any of this. Your video definitely helped me better understand what is happening in my body.
thank you so much for all of your videos and your website and the quizzes. I hope you are being well compensated for taking the time to provide all of these resources for RN's and aspiring RN's
Hey Sarah, Your videos helped me a lot to fight competition and now i am selected as Nursing Officer in Indian Army. Thanks a lot to uh Sarah once again.

Hello, I love your videos. I watch them every day and I listen them in mp3 in my car. You are a beautiful and smart woman. Greetings from México. Thanks a lot. Nice job.
Thank you so much! Because of your help, I have been able to learn more. The Med Surg textbook can be so difficult to get through at times but your videos are way better for my learning style.
That was the best and most thorough explanation about arthritis I've ever heard. You should be a doctor. I've had this disease for many years and it's something others don't understand. Thank you and GOD bless.
thank you for the lectures, it has made school so much fun and watching the lectures and doing the quizzes helps me understand even more, you are amazing please keep them coming. also if we could get something on PVD that would be amazing please

Thanks, Sarah, I am an inactive RN reviewing your videos (thanks for the tests, they are extremely helpful!) before I decide to go in to take a Refresher! ~Jeanne
Hello again :) It's good to see you again. I remember we spoke awhile back when you were thinking about going back to nursing. I hope all is well with you! Thank you for watching this. I'm so glad you liked it!
Thank-you for remembering me. Our youngest graduated high school and now is in the Army as a Combat Medic. (He is considering Nursing now!) He keeps asking "When you going back mom?" So I am reviewing LOTS of videos. Looking at next Jan. to start refresher.
Of course :) This is so great! I hope he decides to do it. Very exciting you will be starting in January. Thank you for using my videos. I'm always so honored to help a fellow nurse out!
Hi Sarah. I love your videos and I'm learning a lot. Currently, I'm reviewing for NCLEX. I hope you have videos for neuro, pharmacology, pedia etc. thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills. You're awesome!
Hello :) THANK YOU so much for taking the time to watch my videos and for using them to help you prep for NCLEX...so awesome! Yes, I definitely plan on tackling these topics. Currently, I'm covering musculoskeletal. Here are all my current lectures organized in a playlist so you can browse them easily: ruclips.net/p/PLQrdx7rRsKfWwTsEG3KPPQx9rWa8AqMIk Best wishes to you on NCLEX :)
Thank you so much for your amazing videos!! They really help me understand the material and study before tests. I recommend them to all of my classmates. I always check your playlists for content relevant to my exams. I noticed you don't have a neuro playlist. Are you planning on making one in the future? I think adding MS, PD, AD, and Dementia/Delirium would be very beneficial. Just a suggestion :)
Wow, thanks for the very nice comment. I'm so honored you come to check my playlists to see if I have the video to help you prep for your exams....so awesome and that makes my day! Also, thanks for recommending me to your classmates. Yes, I definitely plan on covering neuro (it has been highly requested). Right now, I'm wrapping up some other topics but this is next. Thank you for the comment and for letting me know you want to see it covered.
I have arthritis from over use or osteoarthritis. It sucks but I've worked hard for 27 years and earned it, if you will 😁. What really sucks is I still have 22 more years before I can retire as a goverment contracted emergency responder🥱. I'm sorry but your accent is 🥰. Where are you from? Quick change of subject but sometimes I can't help myself 😏. I really tried focusing on what you were saying, I promise ☺.
I have this kind of disease " Juvenile idiopathic arthritis polyarticular RF." I can't even sit now. and I'm unable to finish my school. I can't move all of my joints including my neck, spine and jaw I can't even talk properly it's so painful 😭😭 It started when i was 10 years old and now I am 18. This disease ruined my childhood and future😢
Blessings in an abundance of the faith. I salute you. 😘🙏Grace and peace be unto you and to this place. God bless you. 🤍🤍🤍🌈🌈🤍🤍🤍. Thank you. Will you believe and receive Jesus Christ as your LORD and personal saviour?? I do. 🤍
Hello :) Every review lecture has a quiz and you can access the quiz for each video either within the video via an annotation (this is for older videos), at the end of the video (for new videos), and always in the RUclips description. Here is the quiz for this video: www.registerednursern.com/rheumatoid-arthritis-nclex-questions/ Also, here is the location that contains all our quizzes: www.registerednursern.com/nursing-student-quizzes-tests/ I hope that helps :)
Well it’s in google chrome u can easily find there by typing topic eg for rheumatoid arthritis u can do ‘rheumatoid arthritis quiz rn ‘ then go to register nurse one topic u can solve quiz I have found some weeks ago it’s awesome
I’ve been seeing a rheumatologist since a child I’m 50 now been on envelope methotrexate the hydrowhatever plaqeuil No damn relief End up in er constantly they won’t drain every time. God it’s most painful thing I’d rather go through childbirth every night instead of this
As a former nurse and someone who suffers from RA, I will give say this…answer correctly whatever you need for the test but know RA effects every age including children. Also, NSAIDs do nothing. I have severe RA so maybe this is why but It’s compared to taking 2 Tylenols for a severe migraine. It does nothing. Also, I am unable to use a cane. I can’t even grip it and I have very minimal deformity in my fingers. My morning stiffness last about 4-5 hrs in the mornings. It’s usually around 1-2pm that I feel less stiff and able to move freely. Just some tips for future nursing students. This way you can educate the physicians because we all know, there the physician in charge and then the nurse who knows everything 😉
