From Canada, Manitoba. Hi Sara and your colleagues. I wrote my NECLEX-RN yesterday and today I learned that I passed. I passed with the help of your wonderful videos. I can't thank you enough. I wish God gives a long healthy life so that many more aspiring health professionals can have the opportunity to learn from you. God bless! Can't find right words to express my gratitude.

Hi Sarah! I passed the Kenntnisseprüfung für Pflegefachkraft (German Nursing Exam). Your videos are a big big help to me! thank you so much! I've watched lots of videos of you and learned a lot from you. You are such a big blessing to me! I actually study a lot of disease and master it because of your video, then i translate everything into german, but then i never study about rheumatoid arthritis. A night before the exam day, i have no time to study anymore because of too much pressure and nervosity that i had, then i said to myself, i will just watch this video and explanation. Thank you very much for a very clear and complete explanation for this disease, this help me a lot. On the exam day, i feel like i am not ready, and i wish that the topic that i will pick in the exam is not rheumatoid arthritis or something that i didn't study, but on my surprise, what i picked is a case of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis! oh my!! But thanks to this video because i remember what you said in this video especially the pathophysiology, then i explained that in german to the doctors and other examiner in the room. This video has a big contribution why i passed the german nursing exam. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to you SARAH!

Just want yo to know:I only recently discovered this series. I am a nursing faculty and we are doing the "flipped classroom" which requires that students study the material before coming to class. In the class we do case studies and activities to digest the material and work with it. We assign readings, but often the text is "dense" and difficult to comprehend for a beginner. I am perpetually on a search for videos and lectures to deliver the content with audio ( they can listen in their car....). I think the material you present is well organized, professionally sound, delivered in a welcoming manner, and able to stand alone as a lecture even without the graphics. I ahve linked to as many of these as I can, for the courses I teach. Thank you.

I always check your playlists for content relevant to my exams. I noticed you don't have a neuro playlist. Are you planning on making one in the future? I think adding MS, PD, AD, and Dementia/Delirium would be very beneficial. Just a suggestion :)

What really sucks is I still have 22 more years before I can retire as a goverment contracted emergency responder🥱. I'm sorry but your accent is 🥰. Where are you from? Quick change of subject but sometimes I can't help myself 😏. I really tried focusing on what you were saying, I promise ☺.

Here is the quiz for this video: www.registerednursern.com/rheumatoid-arthritis-nclex-questions/

As a former nurse and someone who suffers from RA, I will give say this…answer correctly whatever you need for the test but know RA effects every age including children. Also, NSAIDs do nothing. I have severe RA so maybe this is why but It’s compared to taking 2 Tylenols for a severe migraine. It does nothing. Also, I am unable to use a cane. I can’t even grip it and I have very minimal deformity in my fingers. My morning stiffness last about 4-5 hrs in the mornings. It’s usually around 1-2pm that I feel less stiff and able to move freely.
Just some tips for future nursing students. This way you can educate the physicians because we all know, there the physician in charge and then the nurse who knows everything 😉
