Hey Aluxers!! I bet BIG on myself back in the end of 2021 and it's FINALLY starting to come together! I quit my dead end job as a cable technician and went to school for home inspection. The training took more than a year but I finally was able to submit all my license requirements into my state and already my business entity set up! I'm meeting realtors and am excited to join this new space building a business with a skill I'll be able to pass onto my sons!!!

1:44 there’s also need to evaluate utility & applicability. At the start most all your buys should optimize most/all of both. As you gradually develop excess, can ease up & do splurge buys for fun/comfort (wanna not just exist but live) but still reinvest the bulk of incoming funds to keep income flows going.
Isn’t always you need the shiniest new thing on the block to save time, or a thing per say (ex: refrain from watching TV, see how much time that saves) but for the acquisition of useful/applicable things, you should notice your schedule open up.

Millionaires are made in crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 2months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.
The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.

What does 'Being Rich' mean to me ? Being financially independent, which I don't need a job. What do I mean ? I will still work for someone else, or work for myself; have a small business to keep myself busy. If anything happens, that my business or the other business business goes belly up. I still have a steady income, from my investments that I don't need someone else's business paycheck. If the supervisor/manager is an asshole, I can always quit with style and grace.

? When did I started betting on myself ? Right after I had my heart attack, and I was in rehab. When I was healthy I spent a year or more, trying to find out by googling; what companies have a good history of dividend payouts. Nothing popped up on google, I changed the wording - nothing. It felt like I was being stonewalled. Then when I was in inpatient rehab, it finally popped up. Dividend Aristocrats and Kings. I started investing from my hospital bed, with my phone - lol. Coca cola, HP, and so forth. I figured if I can't enjoy the success, since I had a heart attack. My descendants will, and let the DRIP increase my holdings. I was able to google the list of investments, that the Rothschilds have. Cross reference with the list I wrote from my previous google; and I went to town. I was trying to invest in myself, but it didn't clicked until I had that damn heart attack. I finished with one stock, that I can get three more shares with the DRIP per quarter. Now I am working on the 2nd. Prioritize one stock at a time, and watch it snow ball. Good luck to one and all.

The red lights that impatient people run puts our familes at risk.

The entrepreneur might fail no guarantees for all the time money resources that are spent ,while employees are constantly are on a payroll of course they could be fired but at least they didn’t spent time in vain
