You are such an amazing couple ❤ Thank you so much for this great video. I have learned a lot from you and still learning a lot from your videos. Thank you so much for your time & efforts to help resellers ❤
Hi there! I totally hear you - we actually know a ton of resellers who live in rural parts of the country thanks to our group, and honestly, the best advice I can give is more knowledge and experience = more money in reselling. The more brands you know, but especially for us at least and others in more rural places, the better you become at recognizing styles, keywords, and current trends, and buying pieces and marketing them utilizing these, the more items you can sell and for more money!
Another great educational video! Question..do you feel there is a difference whether you list or schedule your listings. I heard one RUclipsr say their sales changed for the better when they listed everyday rather than scheduling them. I’d like to hear from you on this plz. Again thank you for all you do for our reselling community ❤
Did you guys niche down? Do you recommend it? I niched down initially and have ended up selling only women’s shoes since it what sells best for me. That and pants. Niching helps me to focus better 🤷♀️ But maybe you have some insight? Thank you the video is amazing!
Hi there! Niching down can definitely be helpful in a lot of ways, especially depending on your goals. We never really chose to niche down (except for doing MOSTLY women’s clothes, some men’s, and no shoes) and that’s because it’s harder for us to make the income we need to make on a tighter niche, especially with two people full time.
@@TrashPandasThrift that makes sense. I sell what I know. It’s hard to open up to learn more brands outside of my scope. I love your videos for that 😊 You’re so positive about learning and sharing. It’s just me doing this part-time for the most part. Thanks and cheers! 😊
You’re so welcome! Yes knowledge is everything, and the more you know brand and style wise, the more money you’ll certainly make!! Best of luck to you!! :)
Thanks for this great content! I have a question. Is there an expected amount to reinvest in more merchandise from profit each month? Generally speaking.
Hi! That’s a great question, and that will HIGHLY depend on your business model (volume? High ASP? STR? A combination of both?) and your average cost of goods.
Regarding eBay - I was selling on there but didn’t like the return policy. (30 days to return ). How do you deal with the uncertainty of your bottom line
Hi there! Platform policies, regardless of the platform, can sometimes be frustrating, but it comes down to your business decision as to whether or not the platform benefits outweigh any cons. For us, eBay certainly does, for many many reasons. As far as uncertainty, the more you sell, as long as you’re listings are including item specifics, you’ll have less and less returns. They of course still exist, it just feels worse when you have 40 items listed and 2-3 returns vs having let’s say 300 listed with 5-6 returns.
As always, you two provide valuable insights and instructions in a fun and action-oriented fashion. Keep up the good work. My wife (@pickienicky) and I (@TheRNDoc) love you guys.

Another spot on video! I live in a rural part of the country so in-person sourcing is difficult. Any suggestions?

Hi! We personally don’t think it makes a difference, as long as listings are going live daily. There’s no way to know for sure however haha
