From the top of my head, you can add percentages by clicking on the 'Summary Statistics' in the window shown at 0:57. There you can select all kinds of percentages. I hope this helps.

glad the video helps. You can add just about anything you like. In the screen that is shown in the video at around 01:00 you can click on 'Summary Statistics' and you get a whole list of things you can add (row %, column %, etc.).
