Same here! Been avoiding hair washing (have also listened too much to the “no poo (shampoo)” movement. I’ve been washing my hair more frequently since stumbling over this page, and although I still shed a lot of hair, it definitely looks better (and my scalp doesn’t itch half as much). Thank you!

My hair was down to my hips and still growing until it started shedding like crazy. Curious if you are planning to do a show on Telogen Effluvium brought on by C19 or stress/trauma. Thank you 🙂

I just lost a whole handful clump of hair before washing my hair and after washing I lost just as much. I've accepted that I'm going bald and there's nothing I can do...

    I loose only 20-50
Hair a day. This is since I take vitamins and minerals.
Before, I lost 80-100 a day. My hair was much thinner then

Hi Alena! Really happy you are here! :) I will for sure show some before and after although I was a bit too depressed to take many pictures during that time of my life so I made sure I wasn't photographed too often :/ Now I kind of regret it but in the meantime you can check some pictures and comparisons on my instagram :)

My hair started falling out big time following an extremely stressful period in my life. So, I researched the net & decided to experiment with a hair oil called litttleextra coocoonion & a comb made of neem wood. It really definitely made a difference. At present, I have long, dense, black hair that has reached my waist and trimmed on three occasions after I started. Simple and effective. Additionally, just as effective can be massaging the scalp - it encourages the growth. You just have to do this once a week. Pretty soon, you'll see new hair growing in.
