- The plaintiffs allowed the defendant to move in with them when he was struggling with homelessness. The plaintiffs gave the defendant a loan to buy a vehicle, but he failed to make the payments, so the plaintiffs are suing. The defendant argues he wasn't making enough money to pay off the loan.
The plaintiff and defendants seem like really nice people! I hope they work everything out.
Hopefully the property was returned

I own my own home, live alone and don’t allow anyone to stay with me with the exception of my older brothers and my close male friends and they rarely ask to stay with me. Never allow complete strangers to stay with you. It never works out well.
