Sometimes a person that cuts you off doesn't mean to. It's an honest mistake(they misjudged or thought the other car was not going as fast). But to follow someone and confront them by boxing them in and taking photos is really above and beyond uncalled for. Plus, he could have just taken the license plate and called it in. He wanted to punish the Defendant personally for daring to "cut him off". The phrase "You know what you did" without elaborating and assuming the Defendant did everything on purpose is very telling.

I agree with the plaintif where it clearly shows the phone video that the defendant walked up to the car , while the plaintif was trying to move forward and make a left turn.
The defendant purposly walked towards the car trying to get himself injured because he knew what he did was wrong which is speeding and nearly killing the plaintiff on the road, so that he could have an excuse or reason to go and punch the plaintifs car.
The plaintif was in the wrong for taking it further when he could of have got back in his car right after taking the photo of the defendants rego and then going straight to the police station to report it.
And the defendant is in the wrong at the start for this whole scenario for speeding which could have killed someone (he admitted he was oblivious to his surroundings when speeding and didnt notice the plaintiffs car) and for walking up to the car while the car was driving forward and making a left turn to create an excuse that the plaintif tried to run over him that is why he punched the car.

I've watched Judge Milian from almost day 1 - she is my all time favorite judge! It is rare that I see her make a mistake and I certainly agree with her about, "Road rage". If you watch the video/picture closely, you can see the defendant walk to his right and forward to try and purposely get in the way of the car. You can also see the plaintiff sharply turn his wheels to the left in an attempt to go around the picture taking defendant. Avoid road rage - it can kill you!

@@tamekadavis6641 a lot of people start recording or take pics when they have a dispute with a stranger for their own protection and it's actually good practice. As proven here because it's how he won his case. If someone doesn't want a camera in their face then they should stay out of people face and don't start shit. That man probably would have ran him over if the guy wasn't recording. Sometimes it's the only way to make people stop messing with you. Accountability and proof. I don't think the defendant did anything wrong.

I think the judge blew her interpretation of what happened with the moving car. At 11:48, we see the plaintiff's car back up, then the distance between them closes, but the scratch mark on the pavement between them doesn't go under the car. It just disappears out of the bottom of the frame. I think the defendant did do the moving.
