- The plaintiff brought a lawn mower to the defendant’s shop for repair and paid a deposit, but she claims it wasn’t fixed, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists he told the plaintiff the mower would take 10 days to fix, but the plaintiff was impatient and tried to pick it up after only three days.

There are different types of symptoms for Tourette’s, it’s not all swears like in movies. The involuntary action is what the disorder is, but how that manifest can vary from person to person. Hers could very well be a physical arm thing which is why she holds herself so still. Can’t know in a few minutes of a clip.

@Hazel.Eyed.Gemini I disagree. I believe they don't report it out of shame, fear and retaliation. Very much the same reasons some women don't report it. It's humbling when you have to admit to others, much less yourself, that you've been abused, you are still being abused, and you don't know what to do to get out of it due to fear and shame and probably some other reasons.

The show has scouts that sift through actual lawsuits that have been filed (it’s all public record). So the plaintiff actually filed a real lawsuit; she didn’t apply to be on a TV show. That being said, both parties were paid to appear on the show, and it’s significantly more than $60.
