Hi.. You can open subtitle ya, at video's right bottom corner, choose Setting, and then choose Subtitle, after that choose the language, for example like Bahasa Indonesian ya. Hi what is the conversion for 8" mold? Need to bake cake for how long?
Hello~ To be exact the conversion of 6" recipe to 8" recipe will need the recipe to multiply by 1.78. Roughly said, you can doubled up the recipe and reduce it a little bit. 😘😘 For baking time, bake at 160C for one hour and 10 minutes ya, you can use a toothpick to test if it came out clean and dry 😘

你好~ 不用放 baking powder 哦 😉 All purpose flour 也可以用,只是 cake flour 會鬆一點~ 請問有玉米粉 corn flour 嗎?不妨把 50g cake flour 食譜換成 40g All Purpose Flour 加 10g Corn Flour 哦 😉

你好~ 我用包装椰浆哦,Ayam Brand 牌子,我觉得这个椰浆蛮甜所以上两层没放糖。只要是椰浆都可以,如果是新鲜的没加糖的,上两层就得加糖一起煮哦,每层加大约 5-20g 糖。没事,我也谢谢你 😘

你好,请问 7 寸模也是戚风活底模是吗?把原本食谱加一点,正确是乘 1.36(多三分之一),如果不计较准确性的话,可以加多一粒蛋,糖换成 45g,植物油换 32ml,蛋糕粉换 65g 😉

请问老师,每倒一层要相隔多少时间才倒第二层?
你好~ 倒入了后把蛋糕收进冷藏,过后就开始准备煮第二层。待煮好了第二层,把蛋糕从冷藏取出,摸一摸表面,应该凝固了的。表面凝固了就可以倒入第二层了哦。对我来说,每一层的材料准备和煮时都要十分钟这样,十分钟的话足够让第一层表面凝固哦~ 😉

你好~ 蛋糕体可以乘 2 的分量,用 6吋蛋糕体食谱双倍做出来,然后把高的蛋糕切来吃 😋😋 果冻体呢,正确转换方式(从7吋去8吋)是乘 1.3,就是多三分之一的分量哦 😉😉

你好~ 食谱没加糖哦,因为椰奶有香味和甜味了,如果椰奶偏淡的话可以加 5-10g 糖 😀😀
