The newer models don't have the volume knob but you can use the volume control on the steering wheel which is very convenient .

I had my for 3 years and I don't know how transmission brake itself in the worse part is the warranty doesn't want to pay the labor and the new transmission that I bought ,because the dealer refused fix it dealership are sucks

Because it's the LX model (base or entry level). The EX models and above have the start button.
