"They send the thought police, to put you under cardiac arrest. And as they drag you through the dark, they tell you that you failed the test".... such powerful lyrics and very prophetic. Love the allusions to Orwell there too.

Trevor, you created an incredible sound on Welcome To The Pleasuredome, all the 12” singles of Two Tribes, Pleasuredome, War, Relax - were just luscious, and funky beyond belief. And Slave to The Rhythm, that beat, was a little masterpiece. The 12” were all divine. The go go beat. Wow. And your work with Seal, just beautiful. I’m not gonna lie, I don’t get the whole “Buggles” thing. Your work with Yes, on Owner of a Lonely Heart and Leave it…just speechless. You infuse so much jazz, funk into any genre, so seamlessly. Of course you are a Debussy fan. Art Of Noise, Shoot that poison arrow, how I love all of these songs, Independent of one another, only to find the constant, is always you. I don’t like pop music, either, never have. Produce my own music, for my own pleasure, and have since I was a child. Can’t read a single note, but your ear is just magical, and so similar to my own. But, being a Brit, of course you have the streak of complete creative weirdness, I’ll never fully grasp. But I respect this, as well. Read this, and make a 1980s little American oddball girl’s dream come true.

I wish Trevor Horn could actually show videos where he performed with the other groups at this Prince's Trust concert in 2004. It was among the very best in sound quality and production. Ryan Malloy did better and more work with 'Frankie Goes To Hollywood' at this concert than Holly Johnson did at the EuroVision opening, recently. lol

Since Trevor finally got the rights to his Own performance only, you are barking up the wrong tree. The Prince's Trust has the rights to other performances at the concert in 2004. They are the ones to ask, but they only fairly recently got around to posting some highlights from 1988 and 2010. lol
