I know what it is like to be in the millitary and deployed to the other side of the world. You think about your home and youre not able to communicate with the people who are working on your behalf. Sometimes to be able to talk with someone who is in the United states, you wait for a month or two. Then you are limited to a short phone call. It's easy to forget to contact everyone and remember everything you have to do.
Mine is a jungle and it will stay that way until I can afford to replace the mower and gardening equipment that was stolen almost a month ago now. All that yard needs now is a good weed and feed and maybe a watering system that is on a time to keep the yard nice and green and the plants alive. You did a great job you take a lot of pride in your work, nicely done and quickly. Well done sir from Queensland Australia

When he returned home I learned he had HIRED his ex-stepson to mow and paid him all summer. Well, I just wanted to be a good neighbor so I didn't expect anything in return.
This is the first video I’ve watched on this channel. Looks to have a nice setup of yard equipment. Knows what he is doing. Battery powered hand equipment which is a little quieter, and I assume less maintenance than gas powered. So long as you remember to charge up all the batteries.
It looks like one of the neighbors helped you out with the front yard. Why don't you get some magnetic strips to go on the inside of your trailer for things like those blades or screwdrivers? They make life alot easier.

After weeks or months of never hearing back, I call them back and they say, "well, I sent them an Email." And that was the extent of their effort. And then they immediately forgot about it, waiting for a response. Email will never replace a simple phone call.

I just decided to buy a cordless edger yesterday. I bought the Milwaukee string trimmer when it first came out - and of course the next year they put out the Quick Lock system with all the attachments. Even better - theres no edger kit, and you cant buy the power head without buying the whole string trimmer kit - and then buying the edger attachment. Found a guy on eBay selling just the power head, and gonna buy the edger from the store. Watching how fast you just did that tells me i made the right choice. So tired of trying to do my corner property edging with the string trimmer. It takes way to long and just eats up string.
Was he on automatic payment since he was away? If yes then you should’ve known he wanted it done since he was paying you. I hope not since that meant you got paid for work you didn’t do. When I was deployed, I had almost everything set up for auto pay since communication is pretty sketchy most of the time. Also that last thing I had on my mind was did I coordinate with my lawn guy?
I have to make a very important observation......if your customer was paying for service,and he did not tell you that he did not want service......do follow up emails and do the service He did not forget to do his service for you,and our country. Return the favor.

with 520ilx the trimmerhead must turn clockwise in order to tap feed properly
