Wow, just WOW!! I love all the details you tended to like moving the furniture to clean up the patio, blowing the dust off them & staging it so much better. And all the work on edging, strimming and mowing at various levels left a very wonderful result...no wonder the owner didn’t recognize it. Great work and very enjoyable vid!!

I grew up in Houston Texas, lawns for days! BECAUSE elderly folks were in neighborhood they had regular clockwork lawn care. Picture it; a RARE Saturday morning of sleeping in, you awaken to birds chirping and down the road a lawnmower starts up. You’re laying there with the windows open coz it’s a perfect spring nite, a slight breeze picks up and that fresh cut grass wafts into your room then you inhale deeply, exhale feeling comfort and at peace and man it couldn’t get more perfect... then another smell assails your nostrils... BACON and coffee-is that coffee I smell...(please forgive me if your vegan/vegetarian🙏🏻) ahhhhhh. Of course my reality would’ve been kids running in hollering mom 😝😝😝 meh, I’m old now and in Arizona, with the rarity of ‘lawns’ other than evergreens and cacti 🌵 I MISS THE SMELL OF FRESH CUT GRASS like my life depends on it lol. So if you have grass and can mow, send a toast out to me!!! 🙏🏻🔥❤️🌹🌹🌹❤️

Uh, dude, Brian here is just creating content for his RUclips channel, for which he gets paid.
When he cleans up some disastrous yard for free that means except for his time, supplies and depreciation on the equipment he uses, his cost of creating content for his RUclips channel is basically free or very minimal cost.
I’m not sure how much out-of-pocket cost is involved in the actual production work on the video.
Hey, I’m not criticizing Brian - he’s a business man trying to make a living and he can only accomplish that if he makes a profit on his work, including the creation of his RUclips vids.

It's really only a cosmetic, temporary fix. Didn't address the cracked concrete; the weeds will grow up between the cracks again. The patchy lawn wasn't addressed by say, seeding the patchy areas. And mowing down weeds doesn't get rid of them, they're gonna grow again and in two weeks it will look pretty much the same again. He could have dug up the weedy areas near the house and created beds with perennials and small shrubs.

What an amazing job you did! Wow! All that work on that large yard, I hope the homeowner paid you really well and if he/she didn't pay you at least he send a donation to your RUclips channel. And he/she continuously keep good care of the yard in the following years. My grandmother has a large yard back home in Portugal. She and my cousins maintain the yard every month and since she has fruits and vegetables, she gives it out for free to the community. It is extra work but she loves it, keeps her busy. 😎

I do yard tattoos, I'm a barber and it's all the same 3 different forms of art and trash left in a fresh cut yard is like me leaving lent in a fresh haircut trifling and shows how little you care about your craft!
