I pulled the trigger last week. Last day is 6/20.
I knew when weekends and night filled with washing and could fill the rest of the week too.
The fear is still there, but less with a “JustFinDoIt” as a mantra makes up the diff to kill it!

As far as personal success in business goes, nothing has really changed over the decades. Back in the booming 80's you still had to bust ass in any field of work (except maybe those cushy gov't jobs, lol) to make 100K+ every year. The best do everything better, starting with self-discipline - the management of the space between the ears. It sure helps to have a like-minded partner at home that works toward common goals and isn't a drain on your psyche. You rock, Kyle!

I'm on that business roller coaster right now. Starting my pressure washing business and working for corporate America. Your Softwash TV Pro app is a game changer. Got my business on track with that contact to protect me and add another notch in professionalism.
I plan on retiring in 18 months. I’m starting my business now (LLC formed yesterday), using this off season to learn, build my system and prepare. Going to start part time this spring, so when I turn in my papers to the boss, I’m ready to go full time. I’ve already got a pretty good idea of the jobs I want for my primary market (and looking around here, there’s definitely a need), so I know the kind of rig I need to build. And, I’m retirement eligible right now (age + service years met), so IF the business takes off faster than expected, I can pull the trigger.
I spend 25 years in TV news, including 10 years as a photojournalist, running around with 50 pounds of camera and equipment on my shoulder, then 22 years in a physical outside job in all kinds of weather. I outwork guys half my age.
I get up a 0500 every day, feed all three dogs, get dressed, drink a protein shake and walk my German Shepherd. I then go bust my ass for 8-12 hours, come home, eat dinner. Allow myself ONE HOUR of TV (Star Trek with my wife), then go play my bass for 30-60 minutes, hit the treadmill for 30 minutes, spend time on business or Civil Air Patrol, plan any flying I have to do on the weekend. My wife wonders how I do it.
Look, there are 168 hours in a week. Plenty of time if you just plan it out.

Nothing but the truth. And so many things apply to myself and my business. I created my little business from scratch, I started with a GX390 and today I have 2 Honda 8gpm. And all this time it have been doing as a part time. I dream on doing this full time but I'm so afraid to let go that steady income. But how can I grow my business if I don't brave up and take that leap...???
This is what I'm aiming for, im putting together 2 solid setups, one on my truck and one on a trailer...!!!! And then im paying of all my debt truck, trailer and equipment. I'm doing an extensive research on my targeted area. And crank up that discipline 😅😅😅😅

100% I’m 30 years old and if it wasn’t for my father and few of his friends for investing in me some new equipment I wouldn’t have made it. We weren’t well off and I started with a few men’s 401k loans which I more than doubled the return on investment. I didn’t jump into it I had a about 50 reoccurring customers that called me like clockwork from me doing jobs on the weekend and sometimes I’d do a job after a 12 hour workday

I have a 5 gallon jug of sodium hypochlorite in my garage I’ve had for 3 months. How long does it takes for Sodium hypochlorite to degrade?
According to Google, it starts to degrade at approximately 6 months, and at a rate of around 20% per year. Hope that helps.
