bro ur a legend, I just finished the main story and still had iron armour so I finally leveled up my smithing enough for ebony with the dagger tactic, thanks!
Thanks! I'm trying to increase my smithing skill so I can get the right perks to make my mehrunes razor legendary. This is definitely better than save kill save lol
Yeh, i had a similar problem with mining in halted stream, but I went in couldn't mine at all manually, and with no options to automatically do it cause no matter where i was around the vein it wouldn't give me the option, until i ran through the whole place and went to the spike pit and turned around back in the mine and it started letting me mine automatically but still not manually
As I haven't tested it recently, I thought it was 30ish days or so in game. I suppose I never really noticed as I would go about my day doing other things and would randomly check back in to see the loot reset. As for daggers needed... A LOT!
Ive just been assassinating people getting a shit ton of money, buying iron from the blacksmiths in whiterun, making iron armor (much faster process to level up smithing), rinse and repeat.

How long does it take for the iron to spawn back into the game ? Also roughly how many daggers does it take to craft to reach lvl 100!?!

Just asking, but do Iron Ingots spawn naturally in the blacksmith's place.
From my awareness, not every blacksmith has ingot spawns. It does seem a lot of the locations are around the blacksmith areas though.
