@Zak C he does run and fight in the video so... And lets be real, the game looks good, but there's more demanding games out there already.. The reason mods seem so taxing is due to the guys in these videos using 4k textures for every little thing which are completely unnecessary. ENB does most of the work for the looks and if you don't have a million mods, the game runs perfectly fine. Then just play it in 1080p and add to that the fact that you won't be recording while playing. My skyrim looks even better and plays smooth as butter on a much less expensive gpu

300 iq advice for a good looking Skyrim without the fps drops is to stay away from combat script mods that aren't lightweight. Personally I only use textures and enb, rest of the game is vanilla

@@iaingarcia6837 if you have 8gb of ram or more and 6gb vram and you installed enbseries correctly then you propably end up with more then 10gb of practical vram thats good enough for a healthy mix of 4k and 2k textures.
i have a 1080ti (11gb vram) and 16gb Ram and i end up with over 20gb of practical Vram (wich nobody needs even when you install all 8k and 4k textures you find on nexus)

You do realize that just walking or even standing still is already making his framerates drop like a bitch right? This is more to demonstrate how beautiful the game can look, but it isn't near playable unless you have a literal supercomputer tucked away somewhere.

@@MrRykage Even with a supercomputer you'll likely not be able to play without severe hiccups due to the LE engine limitation. But it's possible to achieve a Skyrim equally beautiful and play with flawless FPS rate (considering the game runs on a beefy machine) with the 64 bits version of Skyrim. I don't understand why people still stay on the LE version In 2020. All most needed mods have been converted to Special Edition and the game is much more comfortable and stable than SKyrim LE...

Ellis Scott if the game isn’t coming out for another half of a decade, then that’s a lot of time for hardware to get even better to allow an amazing looking game. reflection is baked its not real time
Skyrim's Engine doesn't support screen space reflections (or any kind of reflections), so it's just part of the texture.

@@WiliantoMulti in the start of the century we measured graphics power by gigaflops now we have 13 teraflops graphics cards, it is estimated that real photorealism need 30-50 teraflops so I would say wait 10-20 years and we would have reached that easliy

There was a program made for one-click installs of a modlist, i think it was called Wabbajack; tho i'm pretty sure you needed a premium nexus account for it to work.
Ari Ahrendt if a software dev is so lazy that he wont mod his own game, and is too stupid to understand why just putting every mod this guy has into 1 file wouldnt work, then i have little hope for the industry.

Beautiful video mate! I love your choice of music. When i buy a new beastly PC i will spend a day getting my Skyrim to look like this, play for a few hours, get bored and shelf it again until i get the jimmies for a good RPG again. Yeah im one of those guys that spends more time fucking around with mods than actually playing the game. XD

Getting your game to look like that is the easy part. The hard part is actually getting a stable load order.
Yeah I wish he would have included the load order he used... conflicts are annoying as well since I have no idea what the interdependencies of half those mods are....

@@cristescustefan5707 No unfortunately it doesn't. Loot takes care of load order but vortex over complicates things by using a rules system that can easily become a nasty web of nightmares to try and work out and make sure there are no cycles which the best way to do that is to keep a make shift load order written down and follow it closely when resolving the conflicts it inevitably asks you to.

@@bambostarla6259 I tried mo2 and it just wouldn't work. Everything blew up in my face and not because of a bad load order (load order was Identical to what to using Vortex). At least Vortex, while annoying in some respects, actually kind of works for me.
I really wish that skyrim looks like this, and having multiplayer would make a skyrim game so much better.

No way, it would take more than half a century to do something like this, Bethesda has nothing to even show this on a screen, all I can hope is that it’s offline, no payments, and just a normal story game with multiplayer, but no money induced.

I realized that the reason Skyrim is so popular is because it is a game that doesn’t try even a little to be immersive, but people find ways to get so immersed anyways
Sorry but that's a very shallow statement. I mean, the community is pretty dedicated, but that's nowhere near the reason the game is popular. The vanilla game has issues, but by itself is still pretty popular. Been a console player for years and the game never ceases to be awesome.
To the people complaining about the walking in these types of videos:
It's a graphics showcase. Main focus thus lies on the graphical aspects of the game. And walking simply works best for showcasing the graphics. It also helps with immersion since walking seems rather natural while running and fights just don't seem that fancy and natural in skyrim, at all. Things get wobbly and graphics get a little over the place sometimes. That's just this decade old engine, that can't keep up with nowadays standards. While mods can fix the look, they can't fix the whole engine the game is built on. I think it's amazing what the community is able to achieve! And I hope that Bethesda will take a few hints for The next The Elder Scroll's game
