I’m not sure Owen would return in this reality. In canon he came back because his mom spent a ton of money due to being confident he’d win again. Because he did so much worse in TDI in this universe I’m not sure she’d had the same confidence in him, so he’d have no reason to come back as a mole, which is why Chris wanted him back
What if Izzy and Katie didn't switch teams?
What if Courtney was eliminated instead of Ezekiel?
What if Alejandro never escaped the Drama Machine?
What if Heather was on the Killer Bass?
What if All-Stars was a full season?
What if Harold didn't rig the vote against Courtney?
What if Gwen and Heather competed in the TDI finale?
A funny one would be What if Heather didn't go bald?

Pretty fun What-If, though something I do think is weird is you returned Owen. In the original, he only returned because his family was in debt because they thought he was gonna win Island, but in your What-If, he was the second boot, so he barely did anything to make me think on why his mom would blow their money on a cheese seller.
This is very possible to not happen, but it's also possible his mom thought he'd have a comeback in Season 2 and buy it anyway. Or they could have bought it with the winning as the excuse for why, since his family doesn't seem to be the smartest with money. But if not, I think Chris would still wanna bring someone back for drama, and Owen seemed like the most likely choice.
I actually have a suggestion For the whole will Gwen beat Beth in the prehistoric challenge I actually think she would throw the challenge in order to hide the fact that Trent had been throwing the challenges for her and to make it up to Beth to show she is sorry for what Trent had been doing
I also suggest that similar stuff would happen with Lindsey’s vote off would happen with Gwen not voting Lindsey and voting with the Beth and Lindsey alliance which I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t change much as I’m pretty sure anyone in a tiebreaker challenge would beat her

also here's another what if, What if Gwen and Leshawna stayed friends after TDI? as they didn't interact at all after the TDI special
I don't think ACtion would change much as Heather and Chef can just get DJ to vote Gwen, and she votes herself off anyway, so...
but in would tour, I feel like Gwen would go with Leshawna, DJ and Harold rather than Duncan and Courtney. This leads to Duncan still being in the Game.
as for the teams. I would out that I'd be Gwen on team Victory, Ezekiel on Team Chris and Duncan on Team Amazon

What if DJ continues his alliance with Chef?
I have a massive list I add too whenever I think or hear of one so here's a few of the best;
What if Sadie swapped teams instead of Kadie and Izzy? (I think Heather would be the most interesting swap but it depends who would offer instead)
What if Izzy mentioned Chef trying to create an alliance? (So he doesn't make one with DJ or anyone else)
What if Mal was the primary personality? (Mal in ROTI) or What if Mal never existed?
What if Lindsay was the main villain in island like she was in Camp TV? (Or just what if Camp TV Lindsay was in island)
What if Sierra never was into Cody? (Just a superfan)
What if Owen quit in World Tour not wanting to vote out Alejandro or Noah? (Doubt it would change much but I think its what logically should have happened as he won a season already)
What if Zoey stayed Commando going into All-Stars?
What if the reboot cast replaced the ROTI cast? (Either having them go through the ROTI season or just having Reboot seasons 1 and 2 replace ROTI meaning they get put in All-Stars instead)
What if Pahitew happened before All-Stars? (Might need to extend the cast)
