He's a clever chap. There is a beyond the grid podcast with Andrea and it's fascinating. I didn't know much about him before McLaren so thanks for the insight.

Reading the Glassdoor reviews of McLaren makes me think his focus on positive work culture will massively benefit the company.

This would be a good series to introduce new fans into the technical side of f1, a lot of my friends didn’t know who adrian newey was until recently

love this new series :3 its scary how much brainpower is in that sport which gets bogged down by politics .. while writing this .. if Drive to Survive doesnt hit viewer targets they should do a House of Cards style show about F1 ^^
i hope one of the upcoming episodes deals with Andreas Seidl and the Audi entry :3

John Torturro's ability to brush up on F1 terminology and to stay in character for all these years is asounding!

Very important to mention car improvement only started when James Key left McLaren.

Most important thing he did was to fire James Key

Even more important is Zak promoting Stella as TP after Seidl left.... I still remember when news broke that Stella had been promoted to TP, everyone was bashing Zak, questioning Stella's ability to make a difference, and predicting MCL's downfall after Seidl. Oh how the turns tabled! (error intended)
