Did the Torah, Psalms or Gospels prophesy such an Arab prophet from Arabia? What was the religion of the self proclaimed prophet religion at the time of his birth? If God wanted to send a prophet, He would have chosen from the People of the Book and not a person born in a family practicing polytheism. Also as per the scripture believed to be recieved by the self proclaimed prophet, God doesn't know that Christians don't worship Mary, Mother of Jesus as God and mistakes Jesus mother as Moses sister.

Even if one is NOT strong enough upon accepting Islam to give up a relationship they value, they should still continue their journey in Islam, as it is better to be a sinful believer, than it is to be a disbeliever. @@TheRockeyAllen I understand where your coming from but we have to look at the wisdom behind this. As stated in hadith, women were created from the rib of Adam. The rib is a weak bone, so our Beloved prophet (SAW) said "treat the women kindly". Allah created us and he doesn't try us more than we can bear. If a new muslimah finds herself in this situation then if the non muslim husband is loving but shows resistance to her Islam, then something has to give. The heartache would be too much, and in reality there's a good chance she will go on and reject Islam because of the difficulties. It's for the same reason why muslim women are only allowed to marry muslim men when considering marrying.

@@TheRockeyAllen I know of a lady in a similar position. She first came on muslim lantern's channel as someone asking questions just out of curiosity. Her background was Christianity and she was a very well respected and happy person in her church and local community. Islam was then explained to her by brother Ali. The next time she called, she stated that she was absolutely convinced about Islam and she believed it from the bottom of her heart but she said her husband always hated muslims and Islam in the extreme. She'd been married for over 30 years with grown up children. In the end, she didn't do shahada and I felt the anguish in her voice. It was really hurting her. Can't imagine living like that. She hadn't told her husband BTW but she really wanted him to join her but knew he wouldnt because of his extreme views. I'll never forget it. Thanks anyway for your interesting perspective. I’m born and raised Muslim(Alhamdulilah) from Eastern Africa. I lived most of my life in North American country. I must tell you that I admire our newly reverts courage and I truly learn from them and I sometimes find some missing pieces to complete my little knowledge about Islam. Iman Shafi’i once said there are three ways of learning. Through school, traveling(forgot the 3rd). We are ONE ummah with ONE vision but we do all have are own culture which we all value. And I believe there should a well informed scholar on cultural sensitivities that addresses issues in line with the community he or she is with. Allah doesn’t burden his creation with what they can’t bear. And I hope some imams don’t traumatize with a misplaced suggestion to our new Muslims without consulting other scholars. Wabillahi tawfiq.

People love to welcome individual western women into Islam because it is seen as a vindication over the stereotype of the oppressed Muslim woman. This is why the focus is on HER and not her children or husband. She is symbolic. The other issue is that we have to look at the modern context of the family in the West. We are in such a dire state that we should do everything we can to keep couples who are willing to work together, together. It is certainly not ideal for a Muslim woman to be married to a non-believing man; but given the fragility of marriage nowadays, it makes sense, as sister Fatima says to give them a grace period. We used to stress out about our teenagers having boyfriends and girlfriends but in today's climate we are just thankful they are attracted to the opposite sex. Crazy times.

But having kids too, it’s not being easy as a mother. The wait is important if you know for sure your husband will convert; in my case. And I still ask Allah ﷻ to make way for my marriage, to open the door for it In sha Allah. So it’s not in my hands. Abstaining is not easy, especially for husbands. But it’s not impossible. May Allah ﷻ make it easy for us reverts.

One of the most important signs that we advise people to pay attention to is that this mufti or scholar should be someone who became famous for his sincerity and knowledge among the academic elite and specialised circles, not only among ordinary people. Rather scholars and specialists should testify to his understanding and skill, and they should acknowledge that he is well versed and his views are well-founded. Here we will quote as evidence what the scholars of hadith have said about ways of proving that a narrator is of good character. Ibn al-Salaah said: His sound character may be proven when two other scholars state that he is of good character, or because it is widely known. If a person is widely known to be of good character among the scholars of hadith or other scholars, and he was widely praised for his trustworthiness and honesty, there is no need for a statement from specific people testifying to his good character. This is the correct view according to the madhhab of ash-Shaafa‘i (may Allah have mercy on him), and it is the principle that is adopted in the field of usool al-fiqh. End quote from Muqaddimat Ibn as-Salaah (p. 105)

True scholars of Ahlu Sunnah, when they answer a question or speak on a subject, don’t leave the people in a state of ambiguity. They don’t waste much time talking about unfounded opinions from unknown people. The true Ulema, informs the people the qualified positions of the topic and leave them with the strongest opinion based on the Quran and Sunnah.
Imam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: The scholars are three types: the scholar of the religion, the scholar of the state (government), and the scholar of the Ummah. The scholar of the religion is the one who propagates the religion of Islam, issues religious verdicts based on the religion of Islam, knowledge, and what the Shariah establishes, and does not care whether it agrees with the desires of the people or not. The scholar of the state (or government) is the one who looks at what the state (or government) wants and issues a religious verdict based on what the state wants, even if that involves distorting Allah’s Book and the Sunnah of His Messenger. As for the scholar of the Ummah (or the people), he is the one who looks at what pleases the people. If he sees that the people are on something, he issues a religious verdict based on what pleases them, then he attempts to distort the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah to make it agree with the desires of the people. We ask Allah to make us and you from the scholars of the religion who act upon it”.
If I correctly remember, the female revert will immediately separate from the non Muslim husband and If within (three months/or three menstural cycles) the non Muslim husband does not come to Islam then their marriage is completely dissolved, however If he reverts withing three months then they don't need to make a new contract of marriage (Nikah). However, If the husband revertes after three months, then they will be making a New Contract (Nikah)
Your words are not true. They are the words of ignorant sheikhs. If you read the Qur’an, you will find something different. The Qur’an allowed the marriage of a Muslim woman to the People of the Book. It allowed the wife who converted to Islam to remain the wife of her non-Muslim husband.
It's not easy when a woman converts to Islam to continue living in marriage with a non Muslim husband but it looks feasible when the man converts he can still keep his non Muslim wife The problem is Islam is a way of life and there is likely to be some complications if both can not observe the culture together....
Al-Shawkaani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The words of Allah, “They are not lawful (wives) for the disbelievers nor are the disbelievers lawful (husbands) for them” explain the reason why it is forbidden to send them back. It was allowed then but it is prohibited for the ummah of our Prophet saw. Prophet saw himself took his daughter Zainab RA away from her husband as soon as the commandment came down. They lived separately until her husband eventually embraced Islam. She could have married someone else but she didn't. She waited as a single mother. Allah guided her husband and the family was whole again.
SOAS is not an Islamic university. It's dangerous to combine studies of the Islamic sciences and secular. It is also dangerous for Muslim students of knowledge to study Islamic sciences at secular universities. Question, what's the benefit of studying secular law after studying Islamic law? The Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas was asked about a Christian woman who was elderly, as was her husband. She became Muslim but he did not, and there was no sexual relationship between them. Is it permissible for her to stay with him or should the marriage be annulled? They replied: If a Christian woman becomes Muslim and she is the wife of a Christian man, the marriage contract is annulled. Based on that, it is not permissible for her to stay with him even if they are old and have no sexual relationship. End quote. Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 19/16-17
Qur'an has addressed this issue: *You who believe, test the believing women when they come to you as emigrants- God knows best about their faith- and if you are sure of their belief, do not send them back to the disbelievers: they are not lawful wives for them, nor are the disbelievers their lawful husbands. Give the disbelievers whatever bride-gifts they have paid- if you choose to marry them, there is no blame on you once you have paid their bride-gifts- and do not yourselves hold on to marriage ties with disbelieving women. Ask for repayment of the bride-gifts you have paid, and let the disbelievers do the same. This is God’s judgement: He judges between you, God is all knowing and wise. [Qur'an 60:10]*

Another sign of the scholars is that they are very religiously committed and have a good attitude, and they are also keen to follow the example of the righteous of the early generations, namely the Sahaabah and Taabi‘een, and the leading scholars. So in general they do not drift away from their path, and every fatwa or word that they utter they attribute to one of the earlier leading scholars such as Abu Bakr, ‘Umar, Sufyaan, al-Awzaa‘i, Abu Haneefah, Maalik, ash-Shaafa‘i, Ahmad, al-Ghazaali, al-‘Izz ibn ‘Abd as-Salaam, an-Nawawi, Ibn Taymiyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Ibn Katheer, Ibn Hajar and other scholars of Islam concerning whose prominence in knowledge, devotion and sincerity the Muslims do not differ.

You can’t innovate In the matters of Deen to accommodate people’s situation. Allaah is the one that guides the hearts. If it is meant for a married woman to become Muslim she will enter Islam. If a woman does not enter to Islam, it was not decreed for her, no matter what her reason is. Sounds like a Christian concept to change the law to accommodate the people.

Those (Al-Mushrikun) invite you to the Fire, but Allah invites (you) to Paradise and Forgiveness by His Leave, and makes His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to mankind that they may remember.

Sometimes these long explanations of an Islamic matter does more to confuse the common people than bring clarity. Also for many common people it opens doors for them to follow their desires rather than the evidence or truth. There is an Islamic principle that we should take the stricter of fatawah because it provides the greatest protection of our Deen, and keeps us further away from doubtful matters and sins.

You've simplified it as if divorce doesn't affect the lives of the children. I suggest you read up statistics on single mother homes. Also you're completely neglecting the fact that she may be financially dependent on her husband and if they have young children divorce may not even be feasible. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: What is indicated by the ruling of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) is that the marriage is suspended. If he becomes Muslim before the end of her ‘iddah, then she is still his wife, but if her ‘iddah ends, then she may marry whomever she wants, or if she likes she may wait for him, then if he becomes Muslim, she is still his wife without any need for a new marriage contract. Makanya Tuhan Yesus dengan tegas berkata didalam Matius 5:18 dikatakan: "Sesungguhnya selama belum lenyap langit dan bumi ini, satu iota atau satu titik pun tidak akan ditiadakan dari hukum Taurat, sebelum semuanya terjadi." Supaya jangan sampai ada satu orang pun didunia ini yang berani meniadakan hukum Taurat dan mengganti kitab-kitab yang terdahulu itu (Alkitab) dengan kitab kepalsuan. Itulah sebabnya kitab Perjanjian Lama dan kitab Perjanjian Baru itu disatukan menjadi satu kitab yaitu Alkitab. Karena kitab Perjanjian lama itu adalah pondasi iman dan kitab Perjanjian Baru itu adalah bangunan iman yang dibangun diatas pondasi iman dengan sempurna. Tetapi kenapa ada manusia buta huruf yang berasal dari bangsa Arab yaitu Muhammad, mengaku-ngaku sebagai nabi terkhir dari semua nabi-nabi bangsa Israel. Hanya demi untuk meniadakan hukum Taurat dan meniadakan kitabnya para nabi dan menggantinya dengan kitab kepalsuan yang berasal dari mahluk goib (jibril) didalam gua Hira yang gelap..?? Maka waspadalah, karena didalam 2 Petrus 2:4 telah dikatakan: Sebab jikalau Allah tidak menyayangkan malaikat-malaikat yang berbuat dosa tetapi melemparkan mereka ke dalam neraka dan dengan demikian menyerahkannya ke dalam gua-gua yang gelap untuk menyimpan mereka sampai hari penghakiman. 》Artinya: Allah Sang Pencipta menyimpan semua malaikat-malaikat yang berbuat dosa (setan-setan) didalam gua-gua yang gelap sampai hari penghakiman tiba. Maka jika ada manusia yang mengaku mendapatkan wahyu didalam gua-gua yang gelap itu, dapat dipastikan 100% itu adalah wahyu dari malaikat yang berdosa (wahyu dari setan). Dan dipastikan pula 100% isi wahyu dari setan itu pasti bertentangan dan bertolak belakang dengan isi dari semua kitab-kitab yang terdahulu (wahyu yang dari setan itu pasti bertentangan dan bertolak dengan isi Alkitab yang berasal dari Allah Sang Pencipta). Dan bahkan Tuhan yang disembah oleh manusia pembawa wahyu dari gua-gua yang gelap itu, dipastikan 100% berbeda dengan Tuhan yang disembah oleh nabi-nabi Israel yang ada didalam kitab-kitab yang terdahulu itu (Alkitab). Contohnya: nabi Muhammad yang menyampaikan wahyu yang ia terima dari mahluk goib (Jibril) didalam gua Hira itu, hanya menyembah tuhannya negeri Mekkah saja (An Naml 91). Sedangkan semua nabi-nabi Israel yang ada didalam kitab-kitab yang terdahulu itu (Alkitab), hanya menyembah Allah Israel saja (Ulangan 6:13-15), sebab semua allah-allah diluar bangsa Israel itu adalah berhala (1 Tawarikh 16:26). 》Artinya: Semua nabi-nabi Israel itu hanya menyembah Allah Israel saja dan tidak pernah menyembah tuhannya negeri Mekkah. Sedangkan nabi Muhammad hanya menyembah tuhannya negeri Mekkah saja dan tidak pernah menyembah Allah Israel yang disembah oleh nabi-nabi bangsa Israel itu. Itulah sebabnya umat Yahudi dan umat Kristen itu tidak pernah mengakui kenabian Muhammad. Karena Muhammad itu seorang manusia buta huruf yang menolak Allah Israel yang disembah oleh para nabi Israel dan menolak semua kitab-kitab yang terdahulu (Alkitab) yang ditulis oleh para nabi dan para rasul. Saya menyampaikan semua kebenaran ini bukan untuk menghujad agama mana pun, melainkan saya hanya menyampaikan kebenaran ini berdasarkan kebenaran firman Tuhan yang tertulis didalam Alkitab. Supaya setiap orang yang mencari kebenaran tidak tersesat dengan rupa-rupa pengajaran yang sesat, sebab satu-satunya jalan dan kebenaran dan hidup, hanya ada pada Tuhan Allah Kita Yesus Kristus Sang Juru Selamat umat manusia yang pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia (Yohanes 14:6). Maka silahkan tentukan pilihan hidup kalian selagi masih ada waktu, sebab hidup ini adalah pilihan, bukan paksaan. Dan perlu kita harus ketahui bahwa semua agama didunia ini mengajarkan kebaikan, tetapi tidak semua agama didunia ini membawa umat manusia itu kedalam keselamatan hidup yang kekal. Karena untuk mendapatkan keselamatan hidup yang kekal itu, tidak cukup hanya dengan perbuatan baik saja, melainkan kita harus beriman dan percaya kepada Tuhan Sang Juru Selamat Allah Kita, yang pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia yaitu Tuhan Yesus Kristus (Titus 3:4-7 dan Efesus 2:8-10). - Didalam 2 Timotius 3:16 dikatakan: "Segala tulisan yang di ilhamkan Allah memang bermanfaat untuk mengajar, untuk menyatakan kesalahan, untuk memperbaiki kelakuan dan untuk mendidik orang dalam kebenaran." - Didalam Amsal 1:7 dikatakan: "Takut akan TUHAN adalah permulaan pengetahuan, tetapi orang bodoh menghina hikmat dan didikan." - Didalam Amsal 4:11 dikatakan: Aku mengajarkan jalan hikmat kepadamu, aku memimpin engkau di jalan yang lurus. CATATAN. Didalam 2 Yohanes 1:7 dikatakan: "Sebab banyak penyesat telah muncul dan pergi ke seluruh dunia, yang tidak mengaku, bahwa Yesus Kristus telah datang sebagai manusia. Itu adalah si penyesat dan antikristus." 》Artinya: Waspadalah terhadap ajaran nabi-nabi palsu dan guru-guru palsu yang tidak mengaku bahwa Tuhan Sang Pencipta itu pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia melalui pengantara firman-Nya yaitu Tuhan Allah Kita Yesus Kristus, maka ia adalah sipenyesat dan antikristus. Sebab barang siapa yang menyangkal baik Bapa mau pun Anak, maka ia adalah sipenyesat dan antikristus (Dajjal) seperti yang tertulis didalam 1 Yohanes 2:22. Karena makna dari Dajjal itu adalah pembawa fitnah yaitu manusia pembohong yang menyembunyikan kebenaran dengan kepalsuan. Maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa Dajjal adalah manusia pembohong yang meniadakan kitab-kitab yang terdahulu (Alkitab) dan menggantinya dengan kitab kepalsuan. Untuk itu waspadalah saudaraku, sebab didalam Galatia 1:6-8 telah dikatakan: "Aku heran, bahwa kamu begitu lekas berbalik dari pada Dia, yang oleh kasih karunia Kristus telah memanggil kamu, dan mengikuti suatu injil lain, yang sebenarnya bukan Injil. Hanya ada orang yang mengacaukan kamu dan yang bermaksud untuk memutarbalikkan Injil Kristus. Tetapi sekalipun kami atau seorang malaikat dari surga yang memberitakan kepada kamu suatu injil yang berbeda dengan Injil yang telah kami beritakan kepadamu, terkutuklah dia." Ketahuilah bahwa daging unta, pelanduk, kelinci, babi dan seafood itu adalah makanan yang diharamkan didalam perjanjian yang lama (Imamat 11:1-10). Tetapi umat muslim menghalalkan daging unta, pelanduk, kelinci dan seafood itu atas perintah dari manusia yang berasal dari air mani, yaitu: Muhammad yang mendapatkan wahyu dari mahluk goib didalam gua hira yang gelap. Sedangkan umat kristen menghalalkan semua makanan itu atas perintah dari Tuhan secara langsung, yaitu: pada saat Allah itu turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia (Tuhan Yesus) untuk mengadakan perjanjian yang baru kepada umat manusia (Matius 15:11-20). Itulah sebabnya semua makanan itu menjadi halal karena perintah itu langsung dari Tuhan, bukan perintah dari manusia biasa yang berasal dari air mani seperti perintah dari Muhammad yang buta huruf itu. Umat muslim juga harus perlu mengetahui, bahwa didalam Alkitab dikatakan: Allah sendiri yang memimpin dan membawa umat manusia itu kejalan yang lurus (Amsal 4:11). Itulah sebabnya Allah Israel itu turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia melalui pengantara firman-Nya (Tuhan Yesus), karena Allah yaitu Tuhan Yesus adalah satu-satunya Jalan dan Kebenaran dan Hidup (Yohanes 14:6). Sedangkan Allah SWT didalam Al'quran itu, masih mencari petunjuk jalan yang lurus (Al Fatihah 6). Itulah sebabnya semua umat muslim itu selalu berdoa setiap hari sampai menjelang hari kematiannya, dengan memohon supaya ditunjuki jalan yang lurus. Tetapi Allah SWT tidak dapat menunjukkan jalan yang lurus itu, sebab Allah SWT sendiri pun tidak mengetahui dimana jalan yang lurus itu. Terbukti satu-satunya nabi yang diutus oleh Allah SWT yaitu nabi Muhammad, terpenjara didalam alam maut/alam barzah yang terkutuk itu sampai hari penghakiman tiba. Sedangkan semua nabi-nabi Israel yang diutus oleh Allah Israel itu, sudah dipindahkan oleh Allah Israel (Tuhan Yesus) dari dalam alam maut/alam barzah yang terkutuk itu kedalam surga (Matius 27:51-53). Itulah sebabnya didalam Yesaya 2:22 dikatakan: Jangan berharap pada manusia, sebab ia tidak lebih dari pada embusan nafas, dan sebagai apakah ia dapat dianggap?. 》Artinya: Allah Israel telah mengingatkan umat manusia, supaya jangan pernah berharap kepada manusia seperti kepada nabi dan rasul-Nya. Karena nabi dan rasul itu hanyalah manusia biasa saja dan bukan Tuhan Juru Selamat, sebab satu-satunya Tuhan Jurus Selamat manusia hanyalah Allah Israel yang pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia yaitu Tuhan Yesus. Itulah sebabnya semua nabi dan semua rasul dan semua umat kristen hanya menaruh harapan kepada Tuhan Sang Pencipta saja dan tidak pernah menaruh harapan kepada manusia yang berasal dari air mani. Tetapi kenapa umat muslim itu menaruh pengharapan kepada manusia yaitu kepada Muhammad yang buta huruf itu dan mengharapkan doa syafaatnya untuk bisa masuk kedalam surga.? SALAM SATU TUHAN.

The rib is a weak bone, so our Beloved prophet (SAW) said "treat the women kindly". Allah created us and he doesn't try us more than we can bear. If a new muslimah finds herself in this situation then if the non muslim husband is loving but shows resistance to her Islam, then something has to give. The heartache would be too much, and in reality there's a good chance she will go on and reject Islam because of the difficulties. It's for the same reason why muslim women are only allowed to marry muslim men when considering marrying.

Her background was Christianity and she was a very well respected and happy person in her church and local community. Islam was then explained to her by brother Ali. The next time she called, she stated that she was absolutely convinced about Islam and she believed it from the bottom of her heart but she said her husband always hated muslims and Islam in the extreme. She'd been married for over 30 years with grown up children. In the end, she didn't do shahada and I felt the anguish in her voice. It was really hurting her. Can't imagine living like that. She hadn't told her husband BTW but she really wanted him to join her but knew he wouldnt because of his extreme views. I'll never forget it.

People love to welcome individual western women into Islam because it is seen as a vindication over the stereotype of the oppressed Muslim woman. This is why the focus is on HER and not her children or husband. She is symbolic. The other issue is that we have to look at the modern context of the family in the West. We are in such a dire state that we should do everything we can to keep couples who are willing to work together, together. It is certainly not ideal for a Muslim woman to be married to a non-believing man; but given the fragility of marriage nowadays, it makes sense, as sister Fatima says to give them a grace period. We used to stress out about our teenagers having boyfriends and girlfriends but in today's climate we are just thankful they are attracted to the opposite sex. Crazy times.

But having kids too, it’s not being easy as a mother. The wait is important if you know for sure your husband will convert; in my case. And I still ask Allah ﷻ to make way for my marriage, to open the door for it In sha Allah. So it’s not in my hands. Abstaining is not easy, especially for husbands. But it’s not impossible. May Allah ﷻ make it easy for us reverts.

One of the most important signs that we advise people to pay attention to is that this mufti or scholar should be someone who became famous for his sincerity and knowledge among the academic elite and specialised circles, not only among ordinary people. Rather scholars and specialists should testify to his understanding and skill, and they should acknowledge that he is well versed and his views are well-founded. Here we will quote as evidence what the scholars of hadith have said about ways of proving that a narrator is of good character. Ibn al-Salaah said: His sound character may be proven when two other scholars state that he is of good character, or because it is widely known. If a person is widely known to be of good character among the scholars of hadith or other scholars, and he was widely praised for his trustworthiness and honesty, there is no need for a statement from specific people testifying to his good character. This is the correct view according to the madhhab of ash-Shaafa‘i (may Allah have mercy on him), and it is the principle that is adopted in the field of usool al-fiqh.

They don’t waste much time talking about unfounded opinions from unknown people. The true Ulema, informs the people the qualified positions of the topic and leave them with the strongest opinion based on the Quran and Sunnah.

Imam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen [may Allah have mercy upon him] said:
The scholars are three types: the scholar of the religion, the scholar of the state (government), and the scholar of the Ummah. The scholar of the religion is the one who propagates the religion of Islam, issues religious verdicts based on the religion of Islam, knowledge, and what the Shariah establishes, and does not care whether it agrees with the desires of the people or not. The scholar of the state (or government) is the one who looks at what the state (or government) wants and issues a religious verdict based on what the state wants, even if that involves distorting Allah’s Book and the Sunnah of His Messenger. As for the scholar of the Ummah (or the people), he is the one who looks at what pleases the people. If he sees that the people are on something, he issues a religious verdict based on what pleases them, then he attempts to distort the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah to make it agree with the desires of the people. We ask Allah to make us and you from the scholars of the religion who act upon it”.
If I correctly remember, the female revert will immediately separate from the non Muslim husband and If within (three months/or three menstural cycles) the non Muslim husband does not come to Islam then their marriage is completely dissolved, however If he reverts withing three months then they don't need to make a new contract of marriage (Nikah). However, If the husband revertes after three months, then they will be making a New Contract (Nikah)

Your words are not true. They are the words of ignorant sheikhs. If you read the Qur’an, you will find something different. The Qur’an allowed the marriage of a Muslim woman to the People of the Book. It allowed the wife who converted to Islam to remain the wife of her non-Muslim husband.

It's not easy when a woman converts to Islam to continue living in marriage with a non Muslim husband but it looks feasible when the man converts he can still keep his non Muslim wife

It was allowed then but it is prohibited for the ummah of our Prophet saw. Prophet saw himself took his daughter Zainab RA away from her husband as soon as the commandment came down. Allah guided her husband and the family was whole again.

The Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas was asked about a Christian woman who was elderly, as was her husband. She became Muslim but he did not, and there was no sexual relationship between them. Is it permissible for her to stay with him or should the marriage be annulled?

Obviously we can't know for certain if someone is a believer; we can only judge by what is apparent for only God knows what is hidden. If he/she recites the Shahadah and claims believes in all the six articles of Faith then they are a believer by the Law.

You can’t innovate In the matters of Deen to accommodate people’s situation. Allaah is the one that guides the hearts. If it is meant for a married woman to become Muslim she will enter Islam. If a woman does not enter to Islam, it was not decreed for her, no matter what her reason is. Sounds like a Christian concept to change the law to accommodate the people.

Sometimes these long explanations of an Islamic matter does more to confuse the common people than bring clarity. Also for many common people it opens doors for them to follow their desires rather than the evidence or truth. There is an Islamic principle that we should take the stricter of fatawah because it provides the greatest protection of our Deen, and keeps us further away from doubtful matters and sins.

You've simplified it as if divorce doesn't affect the lives of the children. I suggest you read up statistics on single mother homes. Also you're completely neglecting the fact that she may be financially dependent on her husband and if they have young children divorce may not even be feasible. Women are not like men where they can divorce andlive completely independently if the previously.

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: What is indicated by the ruling of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) is that the marriage is suspended. If he becomes Muslim before the end of her ‘iddah, then she is still his wife, but if her ‘iddah ends, then she may marry whomever she wants, or if she likes she may wait for him, then if he becomes Muslim, she is still his wife without any need for a new marriage contract. WASPADALAH TERHADAP DAJJAL
Dajjal adalah Pembawa fitnah dan pembawa kebohongan yang menyembunyikan kebenaran dengan kepalsuan untuk menyesatkan umat manusia kedalam alam maut/alam barzah yang terkutuk itu.

Tetapi kenapa ada manusia buta huruf yang berasal dari bangsa Arab yaitu Muhammad, mengaku-ngaku sebagai nabi terkhir dari semua nabi-nabi bangsa Israel. Hanya demi untuk meniadakan hukum Taurat dan meniadakan kitabnya para nabi dan menggantinya dengan kitab kepalsuan yang berasal dari mahluk goib (jibril) didalam gua Hira yang gelap..??
Maka waspadalah, karena didalam 2 Petrus 2:4 telah dikatakan: Sebab jikalau Allah tidak menyayangkan malaikat-malaikat yang berbuat dosa tetapi melemparkan mereka ke dalam neraka dan dengan demikian menyerahkannya ke dalam gua-gua yang gelap untuk menyimpan mereka sampai hari penghakiman.
》Artinya: Allah Sang Pencipta menyimpan semua malaikat-malaikat yang berbuat dosa (setan-setan) didalam gua-gua yang gelap sampai hari penghakiman tiba. Maka jika ada manusia yang mengaku mendapatkan wahyu didalam gua-gua yang gelap itu, dapat dipastikan 100% itu adalah wahyu dari malaikat yang berdosa (wahyu dari setan). Dan dipastikan pula 100% isi wahyu dari setan itu pasti bertentangan dan bertolak belakang dengan isi dari semua kitab-kitab yang terdahulu (wahyu yang dari setan itu pasti bertentangan dan bertolak dengan isi Alkitab yang berasal dari Allah Sang Pencipta). Dan bahkan Tuhan yang disembah oleh manusia pembawa wahyu dari gua-gua yang gelap itu, dipastikan 100% berbeda dengan Tuhan yang disembah oleh nabi-nabi Israel yang ada didalam kitab-kitab yang terdahulu itu (Alkitab).
Contohnya: nabi Muhammad yang menyampaikan wahyu yang ia terima dari mahluk goib (Jibril) didalam gua Hira itu, hanya menyembah tuhannya negeri Mekkah saja (An Naml 91). Sedangkan semua nabi-nabi Israel yang ada didalam kitab-kitab yang terdahulu itu (Alkitab), hanya menyembah Allah Israel saja (Ulangan 6:13-15), sebab semua allah-allah diluar bangsa Israel itu adalah berhala (1 Tawarikh 16:26).
》Artinya: Semua nabi-nabi Israel itu hanya menyembah Allah Israel saja dan tidak pernah menyembah tuhannya negeri Mekkah. Sedangkan nabi Muhammad hanya menyembah tuhannya negeri Mekkah saja dan tidak pernah menyembah Allah Israel yang disembah oleh nabi-nabi bangsa Israel itu. Itulah sebabnya umat Yahudi dan umat Kristen itu tidak pernah mengakui kenabian Muhammad. Karena Muhammad itu seorang manusia buta huruf yang menolak Allah Israel yang disembah oleh para nabi Israel dan menolak semua kitab-kitab yang terdahulu (Alkitab) yang ditulis oleh para nabi dan para rasul.
Saya menyampaikan semua kebenaran ini bukan untuk menghujad agama mana pun, melainkan saya hanya menyampaikan kebenaran ini berdasarkan kebenaran firman Tuhan yang tertulis didalam Alkitab. Supaya setiap orang yang mencari kebenaran tidak tersesat dengan rupa-rupa pengajaran yang sesat, sebab satu-satunya jalan dan kebenaran dan hidup, hanya ada pada Tuhan Allah Kita Yesus Kristus Sang Juru Selamat umat manusia yang pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia (Yohanes 14:6). Maka silahkan tentukan pilihan hidup kalian selagi masih ada waktu, sebab hidup ini adalah pilihan, bukan paksaan. Dan perlu kita harus ketahui bahwa semua agama didunia ini mengajarkan kebaikan, tetapi tidak semua agama didunia ini membawa umat manusia itu kedalam keselamatan hidup yang kekal. Karena untuk mendapatkan keselamatan hidup yang kekal itu, tidak cukup hanya dengan perbuatan baik saja, melainkan kita harus beriman dan percaya kepada Tuhan Sang Juru Selamat Allah Kita, yang pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia yaitu Tuhan Yesus Kristus (Titus 3:4-7 dan Efesus 2:8-10).
- Didalam 2 Timotius 3:16 dikatakan: "Segala tulisan yang di ilhamkan Allah memang bermanfaat untuk mengajar, untuk menyatakan kesalahan, untuk memperbaiki kelakuan dan untuk mendidik orang dalam kebenaran."
- Didalam Amsal 1:7 dikatakan: "Takut akan TUHAN adalah permulaan pengetahuan, tetapi orang bodoh menghina hikmat dan didikan."
- Didalam Amsal 4:11 dikatakan: Aku mengajarkan jalan hikmat kepadamu, aku memimpin engkau di jalan yang lurus.
CATATAN.
Didalam 2 Yohanes 1:7 dikatakan: "Sebab banyak penyesat telah muncul dan pergi ke seluruh dunia, yang tidak mengaku, bahwa Yesus Kristus telah datang sebagai manusia. Itu adalah si penyesat dan antikristus."
》Artinya: Waspadalah terhadap ajaran nabi-nabi palsu dan guru-guru palsu yang tidak mengaku bahwa Tuhan Sang Pencipta itu pernah turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia melalui pengantara firman-Nya yaitu Tuhan Allah Kita Yesus Kristus, maka ia adalah sipenyesat dan antikristus. Sebab barang siapa yang menyangkal baik Bapa mau pun Anak, maka ia adalah sipenyesat dan antikristus (Dajjal) seperti yang tertulis didalam 1 Yohanes 2:22.
Karena makna dari Dajjal itu adalah pembawa fitnah yaitu manusia pembohong yang menyembunyikan kebenaran dengan kepalsuan.
Maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa Dajjal adalah manusia pembohong yang meniadakan kitab-kitab yang terdahulu (Alkitab) dan menggantinya dengan kitab kepalsuan.
Untuk itu waspadalah saudaraku, sebab didalam Galatia 1:6-8 telah dikatakan: "Aku heran, bahwa kamu begitu lekas berbalik dari pada Dia, yang oleh kasih karunia Kristus telah memanggil kamu, dan mengikuti suatu injil lain, yang sebenarnya bukan Injil. Hanya ada orang yang mengacaukan kamu dan yang bermaksud untuk memutarbalikkan Injil Kristus. Tetapi sekalipun kami atau seorang malaikat dari surga yang memberitakan kepada kamu suatu injil yang berbeda dengan Injil yang telah kami beritakan kepadamu, terkutuklah dia."
Ketahuilah bahwa daging unta, pelanduk, kelinci, babi dan seafood itu adalah makanan yang diharamkan didalam perjanjian yang lama (Imamat 11:1-10). Tetapi umat muslim menghalalkan daging unta, pelanduk, kelinci dan seafood itu atas perintah dari manusia yang berasal dari air mani, yaitu: Muhammad yang mendapatkan wahyu dari mahluk goib didalam gua hira yang gelap. Sedangkan umat kristen menghalalkan semua makanan itu atas perintah dari Tuhan secara langsung, yaitu: pada saat Allah itu turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia (Tuhan Yesus) untuk mengadakan perjanjian yang baru kepada umat manusia (Matius 15:11-20). Itulah sebabnya semua makanan itu menjadi halal karena perintah itu langsung dari Tuhan, bukan perintah dari manusia biasa yang berasal dari air mani seperti perintah dari Muhammad yang buta huruf itu.
Umat muslim juga harus perlu mengetahui, bahwa didalam Alkitab dikatakan: Allah sendiri yang memimpin dan membawa umat manusia itu kejalan yang lurus (Amsal 4:11). Itulah sebabnya Allah Israel itu turun kedunia dalam rupa manusia melalui pengantara firman-Nya (Tuhan Yesus), karena Allah yaitu Tuhan Yesus adalah satu-satunya Jalan dan Kebenaran dan Hidup (Yohanes 14:6).
Sedangkan Allah SWT didalam Al'quran itu, masih mencari petunjuk jalan yang lurus (Al Fatihah 6). Itulah sebabnya semua umat muslim itu selalu berdoa setiap hari sampai menjelang hari kematiannya, dengan memohon supaya ditunjuki jalan yang lurus. Tetapi Allah SWT tidak dapat menunjukkan jalan yang lurus itu, sebab Allah SWT sendiri pun tidak mengetahui dimana jalan yang lurus itu. Terbukti satu-satunya nabi yang diutus oleh Allah SWT yaitu nabi Muhammad, terpenjara didalam alam maut/alam barzah yang terkutuk itu sampai hari penghakiman tiba.
