It’s important for any muslim to understand that Islam doesn’t overestimate humans nor give them the total freedom and utter pleasure since it leads to our corruption and vanity. So if we argue with non Muslims we don’t deceive them by telling them that Islam is religion of freedom and human rights and women equality that’s false. Homosexuality, abortion, adultry, etc all of that is considered human rights. Please be aware that our religion is to restrict our desires and greed.
If the west keeps its current course , it’s liable for swift decline . But if it’s to adapt Islam like adapting Christianly before, it will give it the power to overcome all challenges. Thank you both and may Allah bless you.
“We're all going to die, all of us, what a circus! That alone should make us love each other but it doesn't. We are terrorized and flattened by trivialities, we are eaten up by nothing.”
Salam Mr williams, have you talked about the letters in the beginning of some surahs, like (الم، حم) if possible do a video on that matter and the possible explanations
The UN human rights are indeed Western and secular. When we use the term human rights, it is associated with this Western man-made law. When we talk about the actual human's rights, we should only use terms from the Islamic framework.
Allaah is not human! So, Allaah needs not human rights! 😢 Did you give yourself your supposed human rights? No! You can give nothing, but what chance throws at you and no more! Because no-one can give you but they can take away if they find themselves a advantaged position in comparison to you, and that is this lower life of this universe, that its centre is called humanity loser!
I would like to humbly offer a correction on something Mr. Williams said. No one in American politics, including President Biden, has supported legalized abortion "up to birth". The question in abortion debate here is when does a fetus gain human status and therefore human rights? Is it at conception? Is it at a point at which the fetus would survive outside the womb (viability)? Is it when a heartbeat can be detected? Or when? The debate is not outside a discussion of human rights. Rather, it is a matter of competing human rights.
It is simply wrong to say that being cynical is the equivalent of saying there is no alternative (c23mins). Being cynical has far more to do with suspicion about motivating factors and integrity. This is quite different. One can hold a general thesis to be true while nonetheless being cynical about it's proponents or some of the supporting evidence . Cynicism doesn't always require throwing the baby out with the bathwater...

Humans whether Muslims or none Muslims will always fall short of their highest ideal. Like also Paul here no application of Shariah as a full paradigm.
“Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.” If you are under the influence of the Western civilization then give them the rights they imposed and give to God what God requested. The speaker struggled with the concept of “Human Rights are inherent”. How can Human Rights be “inherent” when the entire concept of Human Rights is secular? Let me answer this question. Rights are inherent by contract with the society as a corporation in which you are an actor. It is like saying that one employee in a particular company has pension plan benefits. Rights are not inherent for every person in the world. Rights are only inherent for the corporation in the society in which the corporation has an influence. The Western civilization is a corporation that extended its influence (military and economically) over the earth and therefore they apply their Human Rights. The Islamic Khalifate applied its own vision of rights and obligations to Christians which the Christians accept without question. Therefore, it is meaningless to talk about a world view of Human Rights in any religion. It is more meaningful to talk about how religions taught the individual to act towards others with justice, mercy and compassion.
Christians problem with Sharia was that it did not enable the Muslim governance to achieve prosperity and establish peace in the lands they governed because of internal infighting among Muslims. The Islamic Khalifat golden era under the Ottoman was short lived and marred by struggles among Muslims at the throne. The Christians did not have a problem with Ceasar’s laws; whether Ceasar was an Ottoman sultan or a British queen. The speaker said that Muslims have to sell Sharia to non-Muslims. But I am telling you that Christians care only that whoever is governing can achieve a sustainable society. Islam’s strict dress code in Iran or Saudi Arabia, for example, did not impact the personal behaviors of Christians living in Iran or Saudi Arabia; instead, it impacted Muslims who revolted against the Islamic sharia.
Why did I get banned for a joke that wasn't even offensive? It was a joke about a lazy eye, a quote from a movie, and I didn't think you would find it offensive. I'm sorry Mr Paul :(
Rights of Allah(swt) upon His servants Mu’adh bin Jabal reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “O Mu’adh, do you know what is the right of Allah upon His servants?” I said, “Allah and His Messenger know best.” The Prophet said, “To worship Him alone and to associate none in worship with Him. And do you know what is their right upon Him?” I said, “Allah and His messenger know best.” The Prophet said, “Not to punish them if they do so.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 7373, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 30 Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (authenticity agreed upon) according to Al-Bukhari and Muslim Human rights as we know them today in 2024 cannot be compatible with Islam, as they consists of so-called rights that go against the Right of Allah(swt) to be worshipped, which supercedes everything.

Loser! Keep crying 😢!!!
The speaker is fantasizing about theological writings from the early period of Islam which have been tried and failed. The main problem with “huquq al-ebaad” (rights of humans) in Islam is that it did not work to achieve peace among the Muslims themselves. It is the same that happened when the church tried to apply church laws. Muslims want the freedom to speak about religions (without being condemned to heresy); Muslims want to listen to singers, dance and play music without being condemned by religious laws (e.g.. Egyptians who love Arab Idols in singing and Turks who love their dancing and movies); Muslims want to paint pictures and carve statutes without being condemned of idolatry; women want to dress as they wish without being condemned for their immodest dress code (take Iran and Saudi Arabia for example); youths want to have more freedom to mix with the opposite gender without being stoned or slashed a hundred lashes (take Afghanistan). The worst enemy of Islamic sharia has been social instability by revolting Muslims themselves. The problem with religious laws in any culture is that people have desires that will lead them to rebellion to destabilize the society if the society does not permit them their desires. That’s why the West made the choice to separate the state from religion.
You cannot get human rights from the texts of islam because islam was born in a tribal 7th century society where philosophy itself didn't exist, let alone any concept of human rights. You were either a member of the tribe or an outsider. If you are an outsider your rights are based on the relations with your tribe.
@@user-jt8vj1vm6y Christianity introduced a revolution in moral thinking when it taught, “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matthew 5:43-48
Mansplaining again? When you have persuaded me that Islam behaves in a way thay supports the rights of women (in the 21st Century not the 7th Century) then you might convince me.
@@TaiguRyu Mansplaining is for Macho men and feminism, meaning as macho abuse women, women needs to fight back strengthening for the fight for femininity, so both produce climate of War! = Humanity = like your fight for more wars!!! Abuse of men and women is against Islaam, abuse is what your war is for!!! Cry!😢
Feminazi again? We ain't here to convince you, who are you to dictate to the world how to think. Piss off with that NPC parrot conversation, religion is here to stay and your ideology that exists in a void that will default to conventional roles at the sight of turmoil ain't convincing anyone.

Praise Allah With the Most Virtuous Dhikr
Abu Umaamah Al-Baheli رضي الله عنه says that the Messenger ﷺ passed by him while he was moving his lips, so he asked: “What are you saying O Abu Umaamah?” He replied: “I am remembering my Lord.”
He ﷺ said: “Shall I not inform you of the most virtuous dhikr for the night and day? It is that you say:
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ عَدَدَ مَا خَلَقَ

It’s important for any muslim to understand that Islam doesn’t overestimate humans nor give them the total freedom and utter pleasure since it leads to our corruption and vanity. So if we argue with non Muslims we don’t deceive them by telling them that Islam is religion of freedom and human rights and women equality that’s false. Homosexuality, abortion, adultry, etc all of that is considered human rights. Please be aware that our religion is to restrict our desires and greed.
I learn ilm huquq during secondary school subject akhlak, haq towards self and family and society, the Adab ul Muslim
I don’t agree with all the views here but this was enlightening indeed, I really enjoyed human rights evidence and views from the Islamic texts

Salam
It’s not about human rights in islam, it’s just about the rights of Allah.
Allaah is not human! So, Allaah needs not human rights! 😢
Did you give yourself your supposed human rights? No! You can give nothing, but what chance throws at you and no more!
Because no-one can give you but they can take away if they find themselves a advantaged position in comparison to you, and that is this lower life of this universe, that its centre is called humanity loser!
I love islam
What about of American Bill of Rights?

Our are based on natural law or the rights based on our own rights by God. It implies God because they didn't assume that we would never be in this situation. Its on our constitution. I don't know what they playing at. Fooling the world.
But how do you then explain the widespread corruption and violation of human rights in many muslim countries?
Lack of application of the shariah
The Islamic empires were also colonial and human rights were not always upheld.
Tyrants are hardly religious.
Ah use a modern "morality" to only talk about Islam while ignoring the practices of others at the time
Charlie Hebdo is lucky to have experienced human rights of the peaceful religion.

any ideology that hosts dogma that isnt allowed to be question is an abomination. All religions belongs in this groups.
Then what's the point of having an ideology?

Rights of Allah(swt) upon His servants
Mu’adh bin Jabal reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “O Mu’adh, do you know what is the right of Allah upon His servants?” I said, “Allah and His Messenger know best.” The Prophet said, “To worship Him alone and to associate none in worship with Him. And do you know what is their right upon Him?” I said, “Allah and His messenger know best.” The Prophet said, “Not to punish them if they do so.”

Human rights as we know them today in 2024 cannot be compatible with Islam, as they consists of so-called rights that go against the Right of Allah(swt) to be worshipped, which supercedes everything.

There's no human rights in islamic countries
lol there never been such thing as human right with Islam woke up
The speaker is fantasizing about theological writings from the early period of Islam which have been tried and failed.

Christianity introduced a revolution in moral thinking when it taught, “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven.
@@SoftwareEngineerCanada that's a powerful quote Indeed.
Nothing like that exists in the Quran, so it's difficult to get human rights from it.
