It was nice but it had horrid reliability issues. And it was pricey. I don't know for sure but I'd guess if you could afford a new Pacifica it wouldn't have been a stretch to buy a Lexus RX or an Acura.
My mom has a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica it's fully loaded and we just adore it!!!
