This is a United Nations regulation and the UK is a member of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). So, they should be expected to follow the UNECE regulation.

Looking forward to se how it will behave when visibility gets to 300 Meters in the daylight. Might get some Elon lemmings to wake up when their cars comes to a max speed of 7 Km/h due to the POS "Vision" flawed downgrade that makes sure its among the worst driver assist systems of cars in Europe as of today.
