Yes, that's the original Piaya, very flat and we have that with sweet garlic sauce, sarappp. Missing it now. Di na masyadong nakikita yan, but yan ang hinahanap ko lagi pag ako'y umuwi ng Bacolod. Now, alam ko na kung saan ko pupuntahan, sana andyan pa rin sila at sige pa ang business as this video was taken 5 yrs ago pa pala. And about the Napoleones, yes, I first tasted that from Roli's, my Dad favorite tambayan after having a haircut in Bacolod or may ka-RDVZ, as their batchoy is also delicious. And few years after, ang dami ng naglilitawang Napoleones made by others. Thank you for sharing this video.

I remember when I was a kid sinasama ako ng dad ko sa cuadra street where inasal vendors sell their inasal until the city govt decided to build them a place where they can sell their inasal permanently. Love the old days.
