Yeah, it’s not as scratch resistant as I thought it would be. Already scuffed mine up. Thinking of doing a video soon to see how easy it is to buff it out.
Isn’t the dial more glossy black in stead of matte?
I can see why you’d think it was gloss. It’s subtle, but I’d still call it matte. I looked to see what other sources say, and it looks like Hodinkee agrees:

Where are people buying this? It’s been out of stock on the site forever. I’ve been on the waitlist and have not gotten an email yet about a restock.
I'm not sure where people are getting it. At first, Timex had smaller batches coming in from time to time. But it's been out of stock for a while, so it's due for a restock. Keep checking!
