It was a mistake to pay Tua regardless but it was an even bigger mistake for anyone to hire Brian in Football. Why, because Brian got found out and he is just covering. He really did NOT have any other choice. Hardly means he's a changed Man that now admits his mistakes. So if you respect that, go right ahead. So folks will literally fall for anything and anyone.

If you go across the league and ask young QB's if they are treated like they own the place immediately or their coaches make them earn respect. His case ties directly with Tua's comments. His case is essentially that he was fired because he is black. The Dolphins are saying he was fired for football reasons, including his relationship with the 1st Rd draft pick QB. The owner sided with Tua because of how Flores was treating him. If Tua's comments are true, then that legitimizes the Dolphins case.

And it's not hard to imagine, anyone that's been in a teaching environment or place where you had a mentor there's good mentors and bad mentors and what makes someone a good mentor or teacher isn't the same for everyone cause we all don't respond to the same things. YES. They are desperate to make the problem go away. They need arbitration for that. And they are smear campaigning Flores as retributiom in an attempt to keep him from future HC jobs. I wouldn't be surprised if the front office told Tua they were going to give him what he wanted $$$ and nudged him to show his gratitude by contimuing to whine two years after the fact to make sure no one has forgotten or not heard - they only have ao much time to get into a potential juror's head.

Flores is probably growing a lot more than Tua. I get where Tua is coming from, though, but at some point, you need to improve and to be honest, Tua has not improved as much as the roster around him has. Of course, Tua can prove us all wrong, but if he flames out towards the end of the season when the games matter most... again, it will be an indictment on Tua, not Flores.

I guess I can't blame him, but I find it curious that Tua's candor got more pronounced once he got his money. Him and Mike McDaniel got to BEAT somebody, in important games, before I get colored impressed. Because, let's be honest, having a freak athlete like Tyreek Hill would make a LOT of QBs/coaches look good. They gotta go out and do something already.

Translation: Tua, which is within his rights, went to the Dolphins owner, and said "Either he goes, or I go! I can't take this %$#@ anymore!", so winning record or not, the owner is gonna side with his franchise QB. Stephen Ross has a right to fire his head coach, if he can't build a good relationship with his franchise QB. QB talks to other QBs, owners talk to other owners, etc....
