I certainly loved watching Shannon play his whole career, but Sterling is one of my all time favorite receivers. Glad I got to watch him growing up. It was devastating to see his career cut so short.

Y'all youngins that never got a chance to see Sterling play. Trust and believe when i tell u if he had never gotten hurt, he would've been a top 5 easy wr of all time, maybe top 2. And he played in a era were dbs could literally take your head off and wouldn't get flagged, and he still dominated. This guy was a legit stud back in the day.

I don't know how young some of you are, but when Sterling was playing the best receivers were Sterling and Jerry. Believe me, many had Sterling the best because he was doing his numbers with horrible qbs. He finally got Brett Favre but only had 1 season with him. His numbers would have been insane as Favre matured into the qb he became.

Love you guys! I lived next door to your cousin Derrick, who went to Mars Hill College. I was at his house the night George Foreman got beat by Michael Moorer. We used to play Super Nintendo football. Being a Green Bay fan I could not believe that I moved next door to a Sharpe!
