Why? Put Mahomes on that team you think he’ll win too? Why can’t people just admit that with competent weapons and leadership that believes in him he’s a good QB if not one of the best statistically?
A coaches job is to get the best out of his or her players. And to do that, you have to understand that different approaches work with different people. If you have a great talent on your team, but he or she doesn't respond well to being berated or cursed out, you can call them soft, but if they don't perform well because of that, then you're not a good coach because you're not bringing the best out of them which ultimately hurts your team.
Why is his mouth Gospel. He had no problem at Alabama when his parents threaten to transfer him if he didn't get the starting position over Jaylen. I will give credit to Flores for sustaining an above .500 record when Ross wanted to tank for his tenure, but Flores had no idea what he was doing on offense couldn't get the OC right and tried to use Jaylen Waddle like he was a tight end.

Some people aren't mentally tough and not everyone is built the same way. You don't have to disrespect players to get there attention, but these guys need o be coached tough in order to grow. What needs to be understood is that Tua is able to take hard coaching. His dad coached him hard, SABAN coached him hard, We saw when he was at elite 11 and Trent pointed out what his mistakes were and Tua responded. The issue wasn’t hard coaching. It’s the child in a man’s body who was given a chance and acted entitled. I’m glad he opened up.

Shannon hit on it. Great rule of leadership, coaching, management, etc.: you treat people equally-you don’t treat them the same.
This analysis is lazy. It's not 40 degrees or less most places until December. The last 2 years, the Dolphins had a myriad of injuries to not only their better players, but the players whose skill sets the offense and defense were built around. You'd think with 24-hour sports coverage, there would be time to give the audience some better, deeper, contextual analysis.
