We gotta be honest here, you could put Molly in Gucci cleats and have her play QB for the Dolphins and she'll win 10 games and get to the playoffs. Tua is a product of Tyreek, Waddle, Mostart, Achane, and McDaniels all rolled into one, NOT the other way around. Having said that, Shay is correct, you can't talk to everyone the same. Some people aren't mentally tough and not everyone is built the same way. You don't have to disrespect players to get there attention, but these guys need o be coached tough in order to grow. If you have a great talent on your team, but he or she doesn't respond well to being berated or cursed out, you can call them soft, but if they don't perform well because of that, then you're not a good coach because you're not bringing the best out of them which ultimately hurts your team.

And only Chris Grier (the GM along with Allen McKenzie and Marvin Allen who are assistant GM's) wanted to draft Tua, not owner Stephen Ross nor the HC at the time. Flores was a bad coach and was upset they Drafted Tua instead Justin Herbert. When Tua is Healthy he is one of the best QB's in the NFL. The issue is Tua is Injury Prone so as a GM or Head Coach it would have been hard to draft him. And this is from a Alabama Fan.

I feel like this only made him better. It instills a mindset within you the mindset that you can't take anything for granted. Make the most of every drive so you can prove to yourself that you're above that negativity. That can drive you to continue to improve yourself. Almost similar to having a chip on your shoulder, but definitely still different.

This story is not about the Dolphins record. I am not sure how Stephen A always turns to how well or how bad the team is losing when this story is about Brian’s negative treatment of Tua. How many games Tua won or lost has nothing to do with this story.
