[ INGREDIENTS ]
🍁For Eggless Red Velvet Sponge:
6 inch round cake mould
1 cup all purpose flour/maida (120 gram)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gram)
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder (5 gram)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gram)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gram)
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup milk
few drops of red food colour
🍁For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
🍁For cream frosting:
2/3 cup chilled whipped cream
150 gram chilled cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
[1 cup= 240ml ]

Receipe is perfect.....I baked yesterday and it was Perfect cake....it was spongy ,moist, taste was better than shop one's. This was the first time i baked a perfect cake ever since I got OTG. Only added 1 extra tbsp of cocoa powder. And skipped sugar water step bcuz it was already very moist.
I baked this for my daughter's birthday...it came out beautiful and tasty...thank you for this simple recipe
