    Choux pastry:
    120 ml water
    Salt
    50 g butter
    75 g plain flour
    2 eggs
    Cream:
    500 g durian
    100 ml cream

    If I don't have fresh durian can I use durian emulco?how about the measurements?

    Can i use condense milk instead of thickened cream?

      The texture won't be the same. Condensed milk will make it heavy and wet rather than light and creamy.
