I usually just steam the broccoli and eat it like that, but i want it to try something different. I'm glad i saw your video. Thank you, it is delicious.
If you only knew how many "how to make perfect broccoli" videos I've sat through before finding this one. Yours is the one I'm actually going to make. Thank you.
I have to try melting butter that way. I love broccoli too, and steaming it makes it so tender and delicious. I don't care for broccolini though, I find it too bitter.
Brown butter makes any vegetable better. However, fresh broccoli is really good. If you are buying it, just peel the outer skin off the stalk first as it can be tough when purchased from the store.
We love broccoli too. We like to cook our whole supper in the oven (convection). First chopped rosemary potatoes go in, then Jamaican Jerk chicken thighs, and then- our broccoli. 425°, salt and pepper, coconut oil, we also like garlic. usually 15-30 min (for broccoli. potatoes usually in there around 45). It gets slightly blackened and crunchy on top, but not burned. turn and check after 15. YUM. The kids AND husband fight over broccoli, lol.
I love the music. Wow..that's a lot of butter. Try cooking in a pan on the stove in less than 20 sec. I made a video on my channel. Try it out. Would love to hear what you think.😀
Sorry, but not everything needs to be covered in a gallon of butter to taste good. I am not a vegetarian, but that does not mean i should use every type of food as a way to block my arteries, when there is a far superior alternative: olive oil and lemon.
Agreed. Try cooking in a pan on the stove in less than 20 sec and a slab of butter. I made a video on my channel. You can substitute olive oil, and it is very simple. Try it out. Would love to hear what you think.😀

Yes, I cook and/or grow food about 4 hours everyday and we (family of four) do not eat out. This means I wash my hands about 50 times a day. I use real soap (the kind which "cuts grease and surrounds it", haha) which dries out my skin. I learned wearing gloves and washing the gloves instead of my skin, protects my hands and nails. So, yes, I SERIOUSLY wear gloves. Depending on the kind I wear, I can usually wear them for about 20 minutes while I do messy cooking (meat, butter, eggs, etc.) and cleaning of dishes. I wear them about 2 more times before disposing of them. I'll leave a link in the description area of the video to the kind I use if you cook, clean & garden a lot too.
Lis Nikoliqi what happened if a chef picks there butt or dig for there boogers and forgot to wash there hands? Gloves would is magic unless you like the little taste of extra ingredients. Hahaha😁
Made it tonight and my husband absolutely loved it...will be adding it to my recipe files...

Me too!
How long did you steam the broccoli? Love the recipe.
Until it was just tender. Fresh picked broccoli cooks wuicker than older broccoli. I'd say anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes.
Great ! iam making these for my brother’s lunch tom!

Sounds good! Roasted broccoli is so good. It takes a little longer than steaming but I will have to do a video on it soon too!

Perfect meal: beer battered fish, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli with butter and Hawaiian rolls 😈
Of course let's make the broccoli healthier by adding butter to it.
If not, cows will die. Oh wait.
Thank you delicious

? Lol! You know the key to all foods is moderation right?
If you have high cholesterol or is in danger of having it. Then eat the steam broccoli by it self. Jeez, don't complicate your life.

That's a lot of butter :(

Are you seriously wearing gloves when cooking?
