I felt like i had to come back and watch this episode....I'm over weight and I recently started going to the gym and living a healthier lifestyle but this journey was so much bigger than losing weight it was also losing habits and mindsets that have caused me to be overweight my whole life. Growing up a healthy lifestyle was never something in was exposed to i just thought and accepted that this was who i am. I'm also a generational curse breaker and so my life has been exceptionally hard because the generation after me will know and live a more healthy lifestyle....I say that to say ever so often God sends me a gem of wisdom to keep me going, some saying or some word that connects with the spirit to rejuvenate me....I got one in this episode...When he said the best thing you owe yourself is discipline....to this day when my journey gets hard i whisper those words to my soul and immediately feel a jolt of inspiration.. There is a struggle to express love , I am yet to figure out why , but it is up to this generation to make this profound change.This is something that I have been tackling lately, as an educator I find that sometimes parents are so harsh with their own children ,and I am thinking to myself if they are been observed doing that ; others sometimes will just do the same. That is why we have to make that powerful change and start practicing first with our own.

My beloved Neville, years ago as a youngster watching TVj and Neville said his age ,he was in his high 50s but I thought he was 35now in my (likkle) mind he was old and going to die, I baaall that morning you would think somebody really dead😂😂,oh how I have grown lol...love you nefrill and yendizzle. ❤❤

I remember being in devotion one Tuesday morning at St.George's College and Mr.Bell was our guest speaker he was motivational then and motivational now.Thank you for believing in the Georgians and on a whole the youths of Jamaica.

Total inspiration from someone whom I've watched on TV. As a youngster growing up I've looked up to Neville not knowing the road he had to trod. This adds to my inspiration from him "Discipline is the greatest gift you can give yourself."
