You Kenyan fan here. Are those trucks headed to Tunduma on the Zambian border? The port of Dar es Salaam seems to have a lot of transit traffic. And by the way that road looks like Mai Mahiu to Naivasha road in Kenya, very many trucks and one side is the rift valley
