You did say you was going to wash it from the passenger side front fender it looks like it will clean up pretty nice please put us out of our missery and wash it i cant wait to see how good it looks thanks keith and keep up the great work love watching your videos
right on. that trans fluid looked burnt and pretty sludgy. it was probably over heating before. didn't look that trans fluid filter or the fluid had been changed in a long time. if the fluid can't circulate the fluid will burn . engine sounds good, didn't hear any missing or valve tap. run it through the gears and see how it does. it might be ok now that the fluids are fresh. usually older models are more hardy when it comes to sludge build up and stuff like that. also you will see that same kinda bubble crust in power steering fluid when the pump start to go up and fluid is burnt.
Foamy could be breakdown or moisture or overfill? After sitting that many years, I'd refill it and watch it. Run it through the gears before checking level.
I cant wait to see you power wash your truck.. It should look nice then. You should get a few pieces of inch or 3/4 inch plywood to use under your jack and stands. It will make a world of difference when working on your truck in that driveway,
That beats my 1985 Ford f150, can't wait to work on mine, but I've got so many projects to get done...where to starts?? 85 F150, fuel pump etc? 92 Celica GT Timing belt? 02 PT Exhaust? 04 Trade WINDS Ford 6.8LT MOTORHOME, fiberglass repair & maintenance & Upgrads???? STILL HAVE THE "HONEY-DO-LIST" 🤪
I'm a little late but I've been following these videos lol. Is this gonna be your new driver so you don't have to drive three RV around? By the way that's a nice truck man. I wish my k1500 was in that good of shape. Its a manual though so I can't complain 🤣
i'm in shock you can find parts for usa made truck such old and rebuild it in europe many cars 2001-2004 go to scrapyard and you cant rebuild them cuz no parts
I wanted to change my fuel filter on my 2010 Dodge Ram but I can't because the idiots put it inside the tank honestly how dumb is that I have to drop the tank pull out the fuel pump just to change the filter why do they have to make it so hard not that it's running bad or anyting I just figured normal maintenance on the truck I have changed all the fluids in it over the years and figured why not put a new fuel filter in it. NOT happening anytime soon...
At 6:26 in this video the moth you saw is a Asian Gypsy Moth. It is a very dangerous invasive species that can kill off forest, orchards & large stands of trees. They should be killed and reported to the local forest & wild life agencies asap. That part of the country now has 2 large insects (giant hornets being the other) that originated from Asia that can cause some serious economic damage in this country. Be safe out there bro.
You are someone who never skips maintenance. That's why Patches runs so good.
Nice to see someone who knows how to properly service a vehicle... keep us updated

Love this body style. My dad had a 94 Chevy 4x4. Miss that old truck and I miss him. Thanks for the memories.
I would pick up some “Sea Foam” to put In your gas tank. It will help clean up your fuel system...

Don’t bother, 9/10 times, the filter will outlast the pump.
Tamirde çok iyi sin
I'd seafoam the intake and gas tank at least and may be even the the engine
PAINT THE FILTER COVER
