my life, room, car, skin, and general attitude was a mess but then I made some curry and now I feel complete. You should try it some time.

I know these are probably a lot of weird/pricey ingredients to some people especially if you're not gluten free and dont often bake gluten free things but I do so I already had some of this stuff!
Chilli (not my exact recipe but pretty similar and probably better)

Lentil Soup
Ingredients
1-2 cups of lentils (I would go closer to 1 personally)
bunch of silverbeet with stems removed
1 onion (+oil for frying)
2 cloves garlic
3-4 veggie stock cubes or liquid stock
water if not using liquid stock (like 1-2 litres sorry just eyeball it)
can of tomatoes
cumin
Method: cook onions for a bit in oil and then add literally everything else. cover and simmer 30-40 mins. then blend n add salt n pepper to your taste. serve. this goes nice with nutritional yeast too.

coconut cream/milk
garlic (optional)
curry paste
Method
Cook onioNS then chuck in them hard vegetables THEN cook for a bit then add curry paste they are all unique so you will need to figure this out for yourself. PRO TIP they usually have a recipe on the side you can cheat and see how much they add. then cook with the curry paste for a bit then add coconut milk and simmer for like 20?ish? then check them and add other stuff and cook for another like 15ish. make some rice if you want.you might need to add salt but its your life do what you want. thanks for coming to my ted talk.

life hack: stick your tongue out while cutting onions - the onion residue goes to the nearest moisture (thats why it goes to your eyes) :)

I've heard that the acid in the tomatoes makes the lentils cook slower, so I usually soak the lentils during night or for a couple of hours. So if you don't have the time to leave it for 30-40 minutes this is a pro tip!! Love your channel :D

You can! They absorb a lot of the water when they cook in the soup as well though :)
