It has been a while but I'm back! I hope you are keeping well.
I've not been very well for pretty much most of 2021. I've been going through the menopause and it's been a nightmare! The menopause symptoms have been really challenging for me but I'm determined to push through and keep my dreams alive.
In the midst of adversity it's important to keep the faith, stay focused, rest when you need to but keep taking those small steps.

Happy Belated Birthday Natalie....The BIG 50!! What a Blessing. I can totally relate to all your feeling and going through in regards to menopause, the struggle is REAL!!! I am not one for taking prescriptions nor too many over the counter drugs, I just try to deal with it and balance it out on my own also. I found that Nature sounds (Rain, Thunder and Storms) have helped me to get a much better sleep through the night where I'm not constantly waking up. Hang in there.......we'll share tips. :)

Happy birthday! Have you tried progesterone cream and diindolylmethane (DIM)? DIM is useful for regulating oestrogen but most of the menopause symptoms women talk about are related to the reduction in progesterone. It's nigh on impossible to buy progesterone cream in the UK but there are US companies that will ship to the UK. Don't buy the wild yams creams though, they don't convert to progesterone well enough to be useful.

Happy birthday Natalie! Your definitely ageing backwards. I find a lovely big glass of cold Sarsaparilla at night before bed really helps. Also the dupe brand of Menopace (Tesco brand ) exactly the same ingredients really does help.
