I have a hard time getting used to planing and tracking my work. The apps are there but I can't get my head around them. The tool that I found most useful is the corkboard :D
Thanks for this video. It was very useful. I hadn't heard about Miro before, and I'm badly in need of a mood boarding app. As for Notion, it's a game-changer. I'm using it to *finally* organise all my personal life, my business, my research library, my visual library. A few suggestions for taking quick notes in Apple Notes: - say "Hey Siri, take a note", and then tell her what you want to say. - remember you can tap tap the microphone button to simply dictate what you want to say, instead of using the phone's keyboard.
This is so helpful. Thank you very much! I haven't been successful with digital organization but I'm going to give it another try. I'll start with Notes and Miro.
Asia, thank you so much! Video is very useful! I'm using notes and google calendar as well. Really enjoyed how you set up Notion and Miro for your needs (it looks so personalized)
Hi Marina, thanks a lot! Google calendar is a must🖤 i feel like after personalizing Notion and creating my own templates and space, it has exactly what I needed, replacing all the notepads in the best way possible:)
Glad I’m not the only one who jots down ideas for later in my notes app, also maybe I should give notion another try. I found it frustrating and overwhelming and didn’t get why everyone kept pushing it.
Thank you for sharing! I can’t wait to tidy up my Notion on a bigger iMac screen, hopefully soon ;) I was wondering if you ever used Trello or Airtable? Miri is definitely on my list now to try out 👍✨
Thank you a lot Weronika! Let me know how that iMac upgrade goes! Trello rings a bell, but I’ve never heard of Airtable, I’ll check it out, do you recommend them?
Ok, now I have Notion template envy! :D I have been trying out the free version Milanote, which appears quite similar to Miro (though I think I might try this one out also!). It's quite restrictive without paying a sub, but you get a feel for it nonetheless. I am a pen and paper fan, too ^_^
Hahaha I’m kind of happy to hear that! 😀 I’ll definitely take a look at Milanote, thanks for sharing:) I’m pretty happy with Miro, as it’s pretty straightforward to use so there’s no learning curve which I liked:)
Asia, thanks for the detailed video, I'm using the same tools. Also love Evernote for a long time, it is very convenient for saving information. And still can’t get used to Notion, I’ve tried it several times already, but seems I need to devote more time to this) Perhaps in the future you will make some kind of video with lifehacks you like with this app) Have a great day!
I also had Evernote but for some reason it didn’t convince me, even though it’s great for note taking, I’m positive it’s just a question of time and getting used to it:) I’ll be sharing my Notion template soon so hopefully that will help, as working your way around the layouts and preparing one that works for illustrators/creative’s work specifics takes some time
Those are the tools I use to stay organized! What about you? What tools do you use ?

Yes, it takes a bit of getting used to, but it has it's rewards. Thanks, I'll check corkboard
I use Notion, too. It's so flexible - you can shape it to be just what works for you.
@@KarolD666 I’ll check out corkboard how interesting.
Notes, Google Calendar, Notion, Google Drive, Coolors for color palettes, Trello

Im so happy to hear that!! 😊 I think it’s worth it as once you get a hang of it, it helps a lot with work organization and keeping track of stuff:)

Notes is great, simple and handy. And Notion once you get over that, it’s fantastic 😉
Keep persevering. It's absolutely worth it. It does waaaaaay more than Apple Notes.
Life is so much easier when you realise you have your phone on your everywhere so that’s where your notes and lists should go, haha.

Hi, Asia! Thank you for the lovely video! Can we get a link to your Notion template?
Thank you so much. I’m working on the final details. I’ll share soon 🍃
