Another great video of the ol' BB. Engine 1 didn't even look like it had a fuel tank,must be a powerful small one. Big and hateful chip hoppers that have square wheels which shakes every window in the house when they go by.
Between Scottsville and Bremo... about halfway between Richmond and Gladstone on the Rivanna SD. It was once the Junction with the Virginia Air Line which ran up to the Piedmont SD at Lindsay, VA, 30 miles to the north.
@@RivannaRailfan so that's the CSX James River Subdivision right? I didn't know BB had rights to use that line. I know CSX has rights to use the BB Piedmont Subdivision that runs from Doswell via Louisa Gordonsville Charlottesville.
No. The James River SD runs Gladstone west to Clifton Forge. The Rivanna is what we see in this video at Bremo and Strathmore. The Rivanna runs Richmond west to Gladstone.

The Rivanna starts at Rivanna Junction on the Viaduct downtown just south of Maine Street Station.
