Yes ma'am I have made smothered hamburger's for quite a few years. My favorite in my childhood days. This is a Old School recipe. My mother fixed these burgers ALOT sometimes using a packet of onion Lipton soup mix. She would put these hamburgers over noodles, rice or mash potatoes. The gravy was delicious. Mushrooms and onions a must!!!!! I'm having a splendid day today. Our weather in Michigan is getting ready to storm. High of 76 degrees.

Well Gina the weather here in Cincinnati is lovely, it up to 81 degrees, with sunshine ☀️ and some wind 💨 which keeps the breeze cool, but around 7pm it supposed to start raining 🌧️.
